Cheap product and 47.99 VIP automatically form your card
They offer cheap products, and at the moment of purchase (in my case, a serum for €20.16), they automatically sign you up for a VIP membership. It's impossible to cancel the subscription within the first 24 hours. After 24 hours, when you try to cancel the subscription, you’ll be notified that the process will take two weeks, and you are required to pay a membership fee of €47.99, which will be automatically deducted from the card you used for the purchase. You can cancel the subscription immediately, but you’ll need to pay €6.95. On top of all this, you won’t receive any documents confirming your purchase

Take your money and won't return it do not use!!!
I topped up credits, it then stated I couldn't order to my country, which is the UK and they state they deliver here. I then asked for my credits to be refunded as it is not my fault I can't use them. To which I have been told if I submit a positive review on trustpilot and send them proof they will give me a refund. Disgusting company, DO NOT trust the positive reviews as they are fake and forced by the company. I still have no order or refund!! I have evidence of all of the above
