I purchased 2 display cabinets that…
I purchased 2 display cabinets that were 2 months backorder.
I got no updates nor further correspondance after purchasing however when I emailed them with queries they always reply same or next day with answers.
Cabinets arrived and happy..I guess you just need to contact them.

Every time I called (three times because I had problems with payment) someone answered the phone and sorted me out. I ordered a product they had in stock in their Auckland store and it arrived a week later in Christchurch looking exactly like the IKEA product I ordered, and will probably spend my entire weekend trying to put together 🤣
2 months and waiting
2 months and waiting. Apparently it's now being freighted but have heard nothing from freight company over a week later from last email on dispatch and delivery times. Disgraceful company

Ordered close to $500 worth of products with 4-6 week max wait time and after a lot of follow up from my end, received part of the order over 3 months later as the order wasn't made properly the first time. Waited over another month before chasing up again to be told the overseas provider was out of stock and I'd been sent a refund which was short! Am trying to get the rest of my $ back & my child's room is left with an IKEA shelf with no trays in it!?

Order "in stock" items on 22 March. Got instant receipt for payment but it's now 20 April and despite repeated emails and messages I've received no information on when I might actually receive my goods. Not even an auto reply. Just silence. I'd like a refund, but with no on responding to communications, this seems an impossibility.

Absolute rubbish customer service !! I ordered 29 January, it's now 20 March. I emailed to check up on my order, have been told very conflicting information. It is available to collect, but not the colour I ordered and not available until end of month ????? What ???? I'm very confused. As a customer, I just want what I ordered and paid for. Not this .....
