Ordered on Thursday
Ordered on Thursday, had to ring them on Monday when the order hadn't turned up. The stock at that point hadn't even turned up with them and it was going to be a further 3-4 days before we received the order. The order was swiftly cancelled (still waiting on a refund) and the item purchased elsewhere.
Up until this point we had used ID Management for all our purchases.

Do not honor their mistakes
On Monday i ordered some id cards online and payed for them using my paypal account. I waited for delivery and on Thursday i decided to ring them to see where my order was.
i got told my order had been cancelled on Wednesday and refunded due to them not being able to supply the cards i bought at the online price.
i asked why was i not informed that the order had been cancelled to which James reply was "Oh i thought you had" and then he said he was going to "refund me now" even though he had just said "i was refunded on Wednesday" i asked to speak to a director whom i got told was out and i asked James to ask him to call me to which i'm still waiting to hear from
