Retour d'un carré potager octogonale

Bonjour
Je viens de faire une commande concernant des carrés potager octogonale et après déballage je m'aperçois que ce matériel n'est pas adapté à mon usage .en effet après conversation avec le service client pour éventuellement faire un échange avec des carrés potager rectangulaire. Mais je dois faire le retour à mes frais ça je le comprends. Mais seulement le prix me dissuade aussitôt cher que la marchandise. Par contre j'avais trouvé le transport colis privé à un tarif resonnable seulement la réception se trouve dans un relay même commune .mais on me precise que cela n'est pas possible. C'est bien dommage je suis très déçu pour mon premier achat sur votre site merci de votre réponse favorable cordialement Jean marie renoux
