These guys fixed the incorrect order like lightning.
The first time I ordered from this company I got 2 T shirts and wanted the logos printed on the back and chest but when they arrived the logo was just on the back. Aw shucks because I liked the fit and look but just wanted the extra logo. So I emailed the customer service team and got a really quick response saying they were so sorry and would send me two more exactly to my specs and I could keep the original ones. I even ordered 2 additional one because I could tell they were going to follow through because their sincerity was authentic. I just got them in the mail today and they were exactly as I specified originally. So this company obviously prides itself on fantastic customer service. Most of the time your order is right the first time but what really stands out for me is how expeditiously a company handles a problem and what was their attitude. A+ for everybody with these guys. 👍👍👍👍👍

What made my experience great, the immediate response to addressing my problem. The company went far beyond my expectations in handling the problem that I had with my order. Great customer service
Hoodie came fast and has great quality! However, it was not the hoodie I ordered (I ordered the logo on the front, but it mistakenly came with it on the back). I immediately let Idreamshirt know, and within 48 hours, the corrected Hoodie was on its way! I was very impressed with the kind and quick customer service! Thank you again :)

Had a little mishap and contacted customer service and they were amazing! Quick and easy to get a hold of and took care of my problem without hesitation. I was worried to use them at first as they are a newer company (and you never know if it’s legit or not) but they are legit! Great quality too. Loving my new crewneck sweater and very glad I went with them.

Send photos of product and another of how it should look and had another on delivered to me within a week with the exact design I sent them for reference. Couldn’t be happier. Great customer service. Will buy from again.
