Excellent quality leather shoes! Took some time to arrive and too bad they don't offer half-sized shoes. Also, since I am in Canada, I had to pay the expected duties on top of the shipping, which, raised the overall price to slightly higher than expected, even though I still think the price overall was decent for the quality of leather and workmanship. However, despite those issues, I would order again.

These shoes took a while to arrive (about 5 weeks) but were worth the wait. They feel high quality and are very accurate to the colors on the design page. The shoes are also very comfortable, I spent all day/night with these leather soles and had no issues.

Top notch quality. Consider sizing down half a size.

I'm an instant gratification guy this took patients on my part but once I got the shoes they look and felt absolutely amazing. They are so much nicer than my Allen Edmonds or my Johnson and Murphy Customs.

I have since ordered a second pair and honestly will be buying nothing but Idrese dress shoes from now on.

Oh ya and I am a 14EE which has always been a pain in the ass for me to find. These fit perfectly and have held up extremely well.

Idrese’s customer service was very helpful when it came to my customized order. I get compliments all the time on these Chelsea Boots! The style is unique and the quality is identical to top tier luxury brands. I’ll be back for dress shoes soon!

Customer service is excellent. I had reached out hoping to get some help after losing my password. Yup, I am the only one who does that!! Texted them. They answered. Were super helpful AND nice. Like you could feel they wanted to help you.

I wore my pair to a wedding and received nothing but compliments the entire night. I ordered the Monk-straps and had them customized, which had so many configurations to choose from. The shoes smell of quality leather and the design is simple but projects class.

Really good customer care, even before I got the shoes they responded very fast to my questions. I received the shoes and couldnt be happier with them, the size is perfect and they look very nice. Quality looks very solid but time will tell how theyll wear in, but thats with all shoes so 5/5 stars I can recommend.

Just love Idrese! The products are phenomenal. Customer service is outstanding!

Awesome custom shoe configurator. Awesome customer service. Awesome online direct-to-customer shoe company. Jawad (Principal) and the team are AWESOME.

Configure a pair of shoes, buy, and wait a short few weeks to receive your custom shoes. Nothing better. You will not be disappointed. Do it.

We will start with the shoes they are awesome. So if this was only a shoes specific review 5 stars all day. Well designed, comfortable, pretty reasonable price for what you actually get.

My experience with Idrese however is quickly sliding. First order was good I just had to send a mail to see where the shoes actually were. This time waited an additional week and still had to send a mail. Got a response finally with a tracking # and watched these shoes being delivered to Denver... I live in Oregon. I did get the shoes at about 6-7 weeks. Not a big deal but I had to chase them up as far as every communication.

Sad as they came looking for me after I had some challenges with a like company. Hope they end up nailing down not only the shoe aspect but also the communication process

I will spare anyone reading this how many shoes I actually own and from how many companies, but let's just say it's a lot. Idrese is exactly as described and the value of these shoes is incredible.

I custom designed a pair of double monks and received them within the expected timeframe. I was impressed with the quality and how accurate the sizing is. These are officially my go-to shoes!

Since I travel for work, I wanted a pair that would provide me with all day comfort and that's where the dainite rubber soles are perfect!

For sizing reference, I am a 10.5 athletic shoes and the 10.5 dress shoe fit perfect. Just as it should! I also reached out for sizing assistance on this and the customer service was really helpful.

Disappointed.
I ordered quite a few times from Undandy and wasn't fully sold due to the leather quality, I thought I would try Idrese and this is what I got:
- Better leather but still not great
- Asymmetric shoes, the left and right aren't properly cut and the soles haven't got the same shape
- The design is way off what I was expecting, high bump, marking on the front very small.
- Comfort is ok

Everything was perfect. I am very with the sneakers as well. I wish that the box in which the sneakers came should have not been blank.
