I did a random search on Google and got them to process my visa. Was a bit unsure at first, but I'm glad I did. My visa came out quicker than I expected, so that was fantastic!
Overall great service, but email etiquette could be better - address clients properly and use a signature that has details of the company and sender so it gives more comfort to clients

iDubai visa is a great platform with an exceptional customer service, I never had to call them over and over again for my visa updates rather they were responsible enough to keep me updated with every aspect of the process on their own.

Excellent service, all done online. Scanned my documents along with the form, paid on the online platform and I received my visa within 2 working days. However to my disbelief, the authorities in Dubai did not even ask for my visa when going through customs.
