Idunova support were extremely helpful.
Transitioning from iCollege to Idunova meant that my purchased courses had stopped working. The support team moved me to compatible courses with in a day of my email. Great response, very happy with the result.

When icollege sold out to Idunova I lost access to my lifetime course. When I contacted Idunova a representative explained that the course was not up to date so she awarded me new cyber security course with lifetime access. So please that this company believes in taking care of their student learners.

I am highly pleased so far. I had a lifetime access with iCollege before and the updates with Idonova Learning looks good. My access to previous courses with iCollege ended with the transfer to Idunova but they were willing to offer me an equivalent access similar to the value I had with the lifetime access with iCollege. I have not started with this new option but their email response and willingness to offer such an option was impressive.

At first i thought IDUNOVA Learning was a scam because of the reasonable pricing. I took a decision to try it out turns out it's not a scam and i have been happy with the service ever since.

I purchased a lifetime access to CompTIA courses through iCollege. Lately I was having difficulty accessing those materials and I submitted a support ticket. They responded to me immediately and explained the circumstances with great detail. Ultimately they provided me the same lifetime access to modern course material. Overall I am very happy with the service they are providing and am striving to achieve multiple certifications through the course materials they provide. I highly recommend!

I had an issue and they are impossible to get a hold of. I bought certification training that I never received. I tried signing up for the 7 day free trial, but their website is so glitchy that I couldn’t take advantage of it. I can’t even get ahold of someone to get a refund.

Edit: They got a hold of me. They were very quick to fix the issue, and cared very deeply about how it was working for me. Customer service: 5 Stars. Great job turning that around, as I was pretty upset originally.

The website is still very clunky and I have some troubles getting around. You might want to look into how the "MyLearning" operates. But they have good content, and a lot of content.

If you're willing to spend the money, they are at least a legitimate site.
