Terrible company

Terrible company! Terrible customer services, and terrible products. The website looks so good but looks like it was built by AI to catch the human eye. Don't let there products fool you into buying something as I did because almost a month later I have no product no €100 I sent them for a product nor will they refund me as I am still waiting on it. They tell me it's in the post office, I get the same reply Everytime I ask where it is or when I check the tracking on the website it just says the same thing all the time. AVOID like the plague people I'm taking a loss here as I have stopped contacting them I wouldn't have the first clue to recover my money as I never used PayPal either :(
