Service was fine, controller got there fine but I don't think they could have sent me a more filthy product. I understand that they have to get rid of the undesirables and that it's a 2nd hand product, but they couldn't even give it a wipe down?

Ordered. Had to return. Smooth sailing as always.
Ordered an item online which arrived tracked and well wrapped. Had to return it as it was slow and not fit for purpose despite good standby time. Returned in store and process was easy as i had the order number available. Refund was also quick. I find that the more reasonable I am with my requests and the more information I have to hand, the smoother any transactions go. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful as always, i never have a bad experience at the newbridge store. Or any store for that matter.

Because we deal in second-hand goods, as a standard process, each product brought to us for sale is thoroughly tested on set parameters to ensure it is in a fully working & saleable condition in line with our grading and testing guidlines as we sell these further with a 5 year warranty. Considering the nature of electronics, faults may occur even after they are bought-in or sold further.
Please rest assured, that feedback has been shared with the store's management for corrective measures so such instances can be avoided going forward.

Great Experience
This was my second time to but from ceX and both times the experience was excellent. I visited the Navan branch and I find the staff extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. I then ended up purchasing from the website and it was very easy to use and the item arrived within a few days. The camera was in great condition and I bought a 2nd hand Samsung from them too which was also in excellent condition. I’m definitely returning
