Product hoodie was cool and I’ve gotten compliments on it. It can pill because of the synthetic material, but that can be dealt with with a sweater shaver.

Was very disappointed with experience. Poor product quality, unacceptable customer service, and delayed shipping. While the company acknowledged my enquiries, they repeatedly failed to provide any meaningful response. They also did not ship the order in a reasonable timeframe, and when I requested a cancellation, they merely generated a shipping label and sent the item a week later. The product that eventually arrived was of such low quality it’s essentially unusable. Subsequently iEDM has addressed part of my concern through a small refund covering 25% of the purchase value.

I love the variety of men's rave prints and the quality is top notch. Of all the orders I've placed I only had 2 issues, even though it took quite some time to get a response from customer service both issues were resolved

The product was phenomenal. Very well made swim trunks with very bright colors. I was worried they wouldn't look like the web page but they are bright. My only issue and reason for the 4 stars, and not 5, was the almost 2 month time to get the product. I messed up on a size and had to change about 3 days after order. That didn't help along with some manufacturing issues that customer service was keeping me updated on. Didn't discourage me though because within a week of receiving my shorts, I now have shirts for them on the way

I have had some issues with iEDM during the last many months with all the logistical challenges that they faced due current trade issues. However they have been amazing in anticipating challenges and open and effectively communicating with their support staff. The clothing is always high-quality and keeping up with the trends of the current EDM culture, which is something I do enjoy!
They are a great company to work with, and have done their best in the last six months with all the logistical challenges that they faced. I look forward to finding more clothing that I feel calling to me and acquiring in the months and years ahead. Definitely will do business again!

Amazing site! The support is very responsive. We were getting close to the date of flying to Miami for the EDSEA voyage and I was really nervous our stuff was not going to be here in time. IEDM staff assured me our stuff would get delivered in time, they kept emailing to check in to see if we received anything yet. I will be doing business with IEDM again! Our stuff made it 3 days before we flew to miami.

Been a customer for three years. The styles are endless and trippy af. All the clothes I've ordered are well made, comfortable and still look good after Raving Hard in them.

Well made products. Took a little longer to ship than expected and took a little longer for support to reply but they did and everything was taken care of. Good company and someone I would buy again from.

They have an amazing collection of EDM gear! Too much to choose from some times lol. High quality materials and vibrant colors that don't fade in the wash. Customer service is responsive and kind. Delivery is fairly quick but always order well in advance if youre looking for an outfit for an upcoming event.
