I’ve ordered many T-shirts from iEDM, and I’ve always been happy with the customer service and products I’ve gotten.

I've been rocking iedm clothing for years. Ran into another customer sporting the same Holographic Hexagon hoodie in Vegas. So cool!

I placed on order for a 3 piece set in early August. I was informed it would arrive weeks later than expected, but I accepted the change as I was not in a hurry. The order arrived and the 3 pieces were 3 different sizes, the quality was very poor and, when I reached our for a fix for the issue, there has been no response for weeks. I am now following up withy credit card to hopefully get my money back for this awful experience. Do not purchase anything from this vendor!

Ordered a few items from iEDM for different festivals. Got so many compliments on my dress at Burning Man and can’t wait to post my content with the cute outfits. Everything arrived on time for me to bring to the playa. I signed up for their texts and used a promo code for my order so the prices were good!

Incredible brand that has served me well for many years. I have been super happy with everything I have received. Recently got a Lost Lands fit and I love it! I know they had some issues with production lately but it looks like they got it resolved now.

Do not order from iEDM. I placed an order 7/31 and as of 9/11, I'm still waiting to receive part of the order. I ordered 4 crop tops. One is a completely different size and style than the other 3. The quality of the crop tops (regularly sold for $50 online) is garbage. The material is thin/see through. The stitching is loose and does not align on the seems. The stitching is also white, on a black crop top. I've also had to email numerous times for updates on my order. Customer service is polite but not helpful. I've ordered from iEDM a few times before and never had such issues. There new manufacturer is trash. Do no order from iEDM.

The shipping time was about what they said 10 days,but when I received package, only received 1 item,missing t-shirt and jogger pants.May have to report to klarna.

No one will contact me back no matter how I try to contact them. I placed an order with this IEDM website back in MAY 2025 & it is currently AUGUST 2025 & I still have yet to receive my Pinealmetronhoodiedress! You guys keep sending me a Pokémon t-shirt, so I now have THREE Pokémon t-shirts, I only ordered ONE & still no dress. I will never recommend this website to anyone.

Highly unreliable. Placed an order and never received a confirmation e-mail. The responses from their customer support were clearly ChatBot, even when having a name attributed. 16 days after place an order, still no order confirmation and no product shipped. The automated responses notes their delays are because they print each shirt individually—despite no customization and standard sizes of designs heavily advertised on social media. After placing the order the app automatically logged me out, would not allow me to login; nor would it allow me to reset my password.

Extremely slow shipping times. They tell you 3 weeks delivered when it actually will take at least a month before a shipping label is made. Ask for a refund since it has been so long and tells there is a 15 percent restock fee. Lame and deceitful.

I’ve been going to EDM festivals since 2012, and from day one, iEDM has been my go-to. Over the years, I’ve watched countless festival trends come and go, but iEDM has consistently stayed ahead of the curve — not just with style, but with quality, creativity, and service.

Whether I need bold, head-turning outfits, reliable accessories, or just inspiration for the next big event, iEDM delivers every time. Their collections never feel recycled or generic — there’s an authenticity to their designs that really connects with the EDM community. Customer service has also been solid. On the rare occasion I’ve had an issue, it was handled quickly and respectfully — no runaround, no frustration.

I recently had an order delayed and reached out to iEDM, they were transparent about having issues with a manufacturer moving short notice and helped me out.

Appreciate the honesty and helping me choose a different tank top design that I now love!

No transparency- automated useless emails

Ordered May 14 2025. One week before festival 6/17 I emailed IEDM for an update. Excuses about being overrun with Orders.

Festival is over now. It’s end of June. I email for a refund. I get a response that all orders before 6/14 are going out 7/3. First actual no cut and paste information I’ve got from IEDM. In this response they also mentioned tariffs and maybe moving locations. All information that could have helped me get clothes on time. I would not have ordered from them. IEDM LIES BECAUSE THIER SHIPPING TIMES ARE REALLY 30-60 days. Stay FAR away and let your friends know.

For what it’s worth, they offered 35% off order and a $25 gift card to be evaporated into their company as shipping and delay costs.

After about 3 months of working with iEDM, I got my refund so I have updated to a 4 star review due to them resolving the issue. Part of the issue was that I did a failed charge back due to not hearing back from iEDM for several weeks and after multiple emails and so the refund took extra time to go through.

They stole $200 from me. They only delivered one item that I had not ordered when I ordered 9 other items. I reached out to them twice via email, and they ignored my emails, and you can only leave a voicemail.

The tanks that I ordered were outstanding in terms of their quality. Highly recommend them.

Not an honest company.
I ordered two tanks in April for EDC at the end of May. I heard nothing from them for weeks. Finally I reached out to support, they said they had delays due to tariff issues but could ensure my order was delivered to my hotel in time for the event and would offer me credit for next time. I replied, sure that sounds great. Silence.
I come back from the event and email again, they said it was already delivered (and suspiciously update the delivery info on the order at the same time they reply to me). It arrived while we were out of town for EDC.
Naturally since I couldn’t even use it for the event I bought it for, I wanted to return it. It took 4 emails just to get them to agree to take it back. They would only offer me a credit if I didn’t return it (so I never got the credit they offered for my very late order). I mail it at my own expense, then wait another 2 weeks.
Shocker, no refund even though the return was delivered to them. Email -yet again- asking where my refund is. Silence.
So had to file a chargeback anyway after all this.
Even if I hadn’t been put through all of this, the quality was low. The tanks don’t even have their company name on the tag, they’re clearly just drop shipping. Don’t waste any money or time with this company. I’ve never been through a more painful online order in my life.

Big fan of the unique styles and the IG sales always help my raving on a budget ;)

Love this store and have been shopping here for years for my festival fits. Customer service has always been helpful if any issues!
