Same out same in, as advertised, love my sweater.

I ordered from iEDM.com once, and overall, it was a solid experience. The site has one of the best selections of festival and rave gear, with everything from trippy hoodies and joggers to LED accessories and face masks. Their designs are super unique, and I got a lot of compliments at my event.

✅ Pros:
Massive selection of rave clothing and accessories
High-quality prints that don’t fade after washing
Decent pricing compared to other festival brands
Frequent sales & discounts, which make some of the premium items more affordable
❌ Cons:
Shipping was slower than expected, especially for a made-to-order item
Customer service response time could be faster
Some items are more expensive than they should be for the quality
If you need something last-minute before a festival, plan ahead, because shipping times can vary. But if you're looking for unique, high-quality rave fits that stand out, iEDM is definitely worth checking out!

Would I order again? Yes, but only when I have enough time to wait for shipping.

Their selection of quality hoodies for sports like biking and snowboarding is phenomenal. Just as phenomenal as the products they sell. This hoodie I bought is so excellently crafted I could work in it as easily as ride my mountain bike in freezing rain, I wear a windbreaker with it. Perfect for outdoor Alaska!

iEDM produce great rave wear. I got two shorts and pants off them (one set matching), and the colours look awesome, the material is comfy, and the fit is really good. The items are custom made too and the range is huge, so you are going to have a pretty unique fit.
However, the one thing letting them down is lead time. I submitted my order on 25/11, it wasn't packed until 18/12 - a production time of 18 days, not 5 like on the website. It then wasn't even shipped until 02/01 - a warehouse delay of two weeks. As a result, this did arrive after an event I wanted to wear it to.

I understand when you order during a Black Friday sale, lead times will increase, but this really needs to be mentioned at the time of ordering. iEDM seems like a business just struggling with popular demand and supply chains a bit (not to mention custom made items = big lead times).
I'd 100% recommend iEDM and encourage people to order from them, but order EARLY - like if you're ordering for EDC, get your order in by mid-March. (And don't be rude and threaten a credit card chargeback either - they will get your order to you eventually, they just have a lot of orders to fulfil).

I have ordered twice from iedm and the first time I got a size to small and the return and re shipment of the joggers was very smooth it took a little longer then j expected but I got the product i ordered and they fit well and the second was easy simple and I got them when they said I would and they were perfect I love both pairs of the crushed velvet joggers

I’ve ordered a few times from the site and been pleased with my purchases. I got a a couple sweaters, a few shirts, and a few tank tops. They all fit nice and are comfortable. I also bought a mix of small and medium shirts and tanks and they all fit me well in different ways. The sweaters are lightweight but still fairly warm. The only “complaint” I can mention is my first order took about 3-4 weeks to arrive, but it was a Black Friday sale order so I imagine surplus orders backed things up, which for me was no big deal. If you’re looking to add some new colors/vibes to your wardrobe or home, they have some pretty interesting products.

Color was as fantastic as it looked on screen. Yoga pants are of a good quality, not skimping on length or waist.
Stores are going bland-o-la. So glad I found you so I can continue to express my joyous spirit.

I've ordered a few times from iEDM and each time surprised by the quality and fit. Rave wear can be hit or miss online, bt iEDM is always consistent.

I've ordered thrice from iEDM, in total about 10 items. In general I have been very happy with the product quality that I received, the prints look amazing. On two items I had issues with the product, one time the tshirt was not printed well and one time the size did not match. Both times I have asked their customer support to find a resolution. The customer support did engage timely, and at all times worked constructively and data driven with me to find a resolution that I was happy with.

I love the hoodies from iEDM. The graphics are amazingly detailed and don't fade. I'm addicted. Also, over the holiday period, my order was late but they responded with a gift card to make up for the inconvenience. I'll definitely be ordering again and will tell everyone about iEDM.

This would be a one-star except the product quality is really nice.
As others reviews say, iEDM does deliver but they're really-really backlogged. I ordered almost one month in advance of the event I needed the t-shirts for, but it took them 40 days to manufacture the order.
I'm not bothered by the 11 days the shipping took, only by the 40 days it took them to prepare the package.
Buyer beware.

I had a great experience, I was sent tracking info right away. When I received the product, hoodie & jogger set, I was extremely happy! The material is great, it’s true to size! I love it!

I made a purchase through this site, and the item that arrived did not match what was advertised on the site. They will not respond to my emails, even though I've emailed them multiple times. What a scam!!!

Update: It's now been a month and a half since my initial inquiry, and they've finally emailed me back with a similar message as the reply below. What they failed to include below was that they said they're only offering a refund if I update this review to 4 stars or more. This is not only unethical, it's a clear violation of Trustpilot's policies and makes me distrust this business even more!!

Put an order in on October 25. It said 3-7 days shipping. It’s December 11 today and still nothing. I’ve already been to the festival I was buying the clothes for. I’m sure the return process will be the same nightmare

It's been now 9th December still not shipped and no updates. They clearly invested a lot in social media marketing and not much else. I would warn anyone not to order from this site as it's not going to arrive in time for your event. I also can't even verify the quality.

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order on October 23 for two items that should have taken 5 days to produce. Did not get any shipping confirmation so I emailed them on November 5th. They replied and said my order was close to being finished and would ship soon. Nothing for another 10 days. I sent another two emails requesting a full refund on November 13 after 15 full business days after my order. They sent me a response on the 15th stating my order has already shipped and they cannot cancel the shipment as it has already been sent out. I went to the track your shipment page and hit the tracking number and nothing shows up no information is available and it says we haven’t received any tracking updates which means they haven’t actually shipped anything. It has now been 17 business days since I placed my order and they scammed me out of 245$ do not order from this company. I will be filing a charge back claim with my bank.

Third time ordering from them. The vibrancy of the colors are great! The designs are interesting. I keep going back. Compliments come from all around when I'm wearing their shirts. I have a few trippy designs for the festivals as well as some fun holiday ones. The shirt quality is pretty decent. The size charts are your friend! They tend to run large, so check it before ordering. The shirts do take a bit of time to arrive (I gather they are mostly made to order) so plan ahead.

iEDM is a good company. I ordered one set twice by mistake and Joanna worked with me to refund the amount. Also, I ordered a 3rd set for an upcoming festival and timing was tight so she even agreed to change delivery address for me to my hotel! My only suggestion is to give yourself a couple weeks to receive the goods. The quality of the items received has been excellent.
