overall its a good entry level laser that is very capable for its size,the software is user friendly for the most part

I have earned this laser for two years and it has been a powerhouse for the work i've completed. I needed the software for my new computer and the help i recieved wasn't anything less than stellar. Everything about this purchase has 5 stars.

This company represents themselves as a US company with warehouses and they "don't drop ship" but the printer we bought was shipped direct from Hong Kong.
They sent the wrong printer which didn't include the full set of ink that the one we ordered did so had to convince them of that which is difficult since all communication is from China. Never received any sort of instruction manual either so not sure if we even will be able to figure out how to use it.

This is a great product for a good price. It was packaged well and fairly easy to assemble. I expected a learning curve in using it, and it did not disappoint. It has many features, and I made my share of mistakes while learning, but it has been fun.

Items was as described and arrived within the prescribed time. The seller was very responsive to questions and even helped with setting up the machine's software. I would recommend it.

I love my printer. It allows me to do so much and faster, too. Their customer service and technical support team resolved a couple of issues, and they went out of their way to resolve them. I'm very satisfied with their service. Like everything else you buy these days, you never know what will happen, but their support is wonderful.

The DTG machine is a great product. The seller was incredibly helpful, answers and assists with all machine set up and troubleshooting. I have had the product for over a year and the seller is still assisting my needs. Would definitely purchase from them again.

Amazing experience

I purchased laser machine from this place snd their customer service is extremely poor. Almost one year and I still can't get a technician to assist with the setup. If you can avoid purchasing from this company..don't..I am about lose all that money by purchasing from omtech or xtool. I could return this garbage equipment but I am too far, it would cost too much. Stay away from iehk

Their tech support is aweful and is only by email. Their website said out of Delaware but it was out of China. I have asked for the manual for this printer and it was a different printer with fewer options and different positions than in manual.

supplier do not support after sell the machine. neither provides mobile number for any circumstance. they do cheat at order process stage. Please dont buy from IEHK

We ordered 3 machines from IEHK, 2 CNC routers and a laser engraver. we clearly stated 1 of the CNC routers was for use in the USA the other 2 machines were not. All 3 machines were configured to European current. Additionally they stacked the vacuum for one of the routers on top of the other destroying the top, they said we need to fix it ourselves, they broke it, they had to have seen they broke it before they shipped and told us deal with it. Every machine was broken in some way and I have no doubts it happened before they shipped. Who knows if any of the machines actually work I doubt it, they were all damaged and/or poorly constructed.

Customer service sucks to the 100th power shipping time really really sucks communication is like waiting on a brick wall to respond but they are very quick to take you money they have great communication when it comes to keep requesting your payment repeatedly equipment quality is garbage I will be creating a blog about customer experiences with this company IEHK.com if your looking for a great stand up honest company to do business with I would not recommend IEHK LLC. and all the positive reviews are from salesman for that company I have done my research and plus they have no kind of phone number were you can reach anyone.

Horrible..... I cant believe I have to give them even 1 star! Bought a DTG printer and let me say I recieved a God knows what. Plugged in nothing makes noises, called for help woah they dont have customer service just email someone In Hong Kong. I have a Facebook and Email trail. BEWARE & do not be scammed like me. He did offer to replace it if I sent the damaged one back. Well to ship from US to Hong Kong is over 1k. I called him days after receiving my printer it took days to get a response it's been almost year and I still have this worthless junk in my garage! 2 computer builders laughed.
