Do not order anything from this company.

Initially I had problems receiving the items, it took a long time but I did get a response from customer services regarding my order.

However on first use the items are faulty, both snowsuit I ordered leak in the same place after just 1 hour in the snow.

I have contacted customer service but they have not responded.

They were very helpful with the delivery issues it seems as they wanted payment for the items but silent regarding faulty items.

No customer service at all. They are not answering!

I have ordered an article via the UK website. It has been blocked in Customs Clearance for almost a week now because they haven't provided the right documents but UPS is asking me for the documents (that I can't provide).
I have directly contacted IELM via their contact form but no answer. So I have done it again 3 times and still no reply. And the phone number is a Romanian one.... That's a shame

I ordered a soft suit, paid with Paypal. Placed order, order page said 'We're unable to place your order'. I received an email Paypal payment confirmation for the iElm soft suit. I tried to cancel the Paypal payment, but it had already gone through and couldn't be cancelled. Emailed iElm customer services, no response. Scam?

Does not offer a returns form online, and customer service does not respond to a request for one as is in their stated process. Frustrated. Please contact me for Netherlands site!

I have bought an item using a discount code. I have received a purchase confirmation, an invoice and also a tracking number through my email address. The next day the seller cancelled the order stating that the manufacturing price was bigger than the retail price, after the discount. I have made a complaint to the Trading Standards .

Ordered 2 soft shell suits for my daughters. Delivery did take a while (around 2 weeks) but the suits are amazing and definitely worth the wait. I've not found suits as good quality or as nice as these. I've already ordered again and the suits are always complemented

Was looking for soft shell all in one for some time. Ordered softshell jumpsuit and very happy with the product.It took 2weeks (10workingdays) to UK but it was worth it.
