Brandon and Kyle arrived on time and quickly got to work installing my Dimplex Quantum storage heater . And put the old one in the boot of my car , cleaned up after them and were very respectfull to me and my property . Its the second time i have used this company in the last 2 months and will use again . David .

As a property agent, I am thoroughly impressed by Ideal Electrical and have used them for years. Prior to Ideal Electrical, I had used various companies with mixed results - I honestly wouldnt go anywhere else now! Ideal Electrical are extremely helpful, reliable and thorough with every job. Their team is highly technically skilled and knowledgeable about the latest safety standards / HMO requirements. Even their invoicing system makes life easy - I can log on at any time to retrieve receipts, job details etc. I frequently give them keys to properties including my own and trust them implicitly. Thoroughly recommend A+++

Had an EV charger installed at an apartment, so a bit more complex than normal, scheduling surveys and the install was seamless and they were prompt and patient with a lot of questions from an EV novice. Brandon and Kyle who completed the install were great and tidy. Would definitely recommend.

The Edinburgh team arrived promptly and carried out their work efficiently and tidily. They made certain to check that I was happy with the work before leaving. I will be using this company again.

All the electricity installation work for the cabin was done professionally by Denim and Kyle! Now waiting for the Minor Works Certificate, would recommend to everyone and I will definitely use IES again!

It was easy to work with IES, unlike other tradepeople or companies I have used. Bascially, you first book an appointment with Chris is was very helpful and decides what works have to be done, pay the deposit and they get the work done!!

I opted for solar panels and battery storage. The highly professional team were on site and took only one day for battery install and half day for panels (16) with wire mesh fitted to prevent birds nesting. Everything was explained throughout instal as the day went on.
The guys were highly knowledgeable when I asked questions and gave me peace of mind. Great instal price as well with a higher return from Octopus than expected. No mess, no issues just a great performance from Ideal Electrical Solutions. Thanks to Mark,Chris and the rest of the guys, a brilliant job and I will recommend you to anyone.

Excellent work by Paul and his team. Installing a new fuse board and a new circuit for an electric cooker, the job wasn't straight forward due to the location of the fuse board but the guys dealt with it brilliantly. Polite, pleasant, tidied up after themselves immaculately. Good price.

Just had my 2nd job with Ideal completed to a high standard, with an extremely personal and professional approach. I felt that I was in good hands throughout and that I can trust the team! Shout out to Thomas who did a fantastic and thorough job, really appreciate it. Wouldn't go anywhere else in Liverpool!

We had IES consult, plan, price and install a solar system with 16 panels, 2 batteries and an inverter fitted and from start to finish, the process was absolutely flawless. Mark was very detailed in explaining what had to happen at each point, what would happen and what the end result would be and he was absolutely true to his word. His team(s) were brilliant, the work and the finish were/are great and the system is working brilliantly and producing more than we probably expected in power. I’d been wanting this installed for years and bit the bullet for what is a long term investment, long term gain project and would highly, highly recommended the solar life to everyone!!

Since moving back into the area we needed to find and electrician to do a host of jobs. Our house was built in the 1930’s and needed a lot of work done to bring it up to standard.

We searched online and Ideal Electrical Solutions came up with great reviews online. I also asked around local Facebook groups and Ideal Electrical were being recommended by a lot of different people.

We got in contact and got someone out to quote as there was a lot of work needing done. Mark came out and was a nice genuine person giving us advice on things and what would work better. We needed a lot of rewiring done due to age of the house, new plug sockets in every room, outdoor sockets, outdoor lights, this list was endless. Got an amazing quote so we went ahead and it was best decision we could have made. All work carried out efficiently to a very high standard. We won’t use any other electrician from now on.

We are now looking at getting the battery storage installation done after speaking to the team and finding out about how much money we can save in the coming years.

I cannot recommend this company high enough.

Genuinely the best guys out there. Their attention to detail and care of the job they are doing is second to none. It is really appreciated as a lot of electrical works are highly detail orientated and a lot of things need to be thought about. IES do a great job at ensuring all bases are covered and that the customer really digests information to fully understand what is happening and where and what the finished product and outcome will look like. They then deliver on their proposed plan every time and the outcome meets the expectation. Cannot ask for more! Thank you guys!!

I have been using Ideal Electrical over 15 years now as a landlord and for my fish and chips business. Mark especially been very helpful during this time, Chris and Lewis are the Electricians I have seen a lot on jobs and they are all great.

Job was done properly but took longer than expected time

All work completed during the planned appointment. Electrician turned up on time and was very polite. Nothing was a problem and even asked if there was anything else they could do.
Value for money too.

I was very impressed with both the speed of service and the excellent communication from this company. The electrician who carried out the work was friendly, tidy and efficient. We had a slight problem with the work that had been done, and the electrician came back the next day. I was very happy with the service overall and would definitely use this company again

The workmen engineer was fine but the 3 heaters are not like storage heaters, have to be kept on to give very average heat at extreme cost. Wish I'd gone elsewhere. Asked for a visit to show us the complicated instructions but told not their problem- disappointed.
