Steve Groves of Affinity has been our financial advisor for the last 10 years. Having been clients of large IFA firms in the past, Steve's approach has been a welcome change, being truly focussed on developing a long term professional relationship. He really invests his time to fully understand his clients' needs and offers solutions to meet these.
Throughout our relationship ,Steve has provided detailed and coherent pension and investment advice which we have always adopted. He is keen to bring fresh and innovative ideas for consideration. He has consolidated our various pension provisions and ensured tax efficient planning for the future. He has also sourced life and health cover for us.
We have always found Steve to be extremely responsive and professional. He is able to articulate relatively complex matters in a clear, understandable manner, giving us complete confidence in him. We feel that he genuinely invested in us as his clients. We have been very happy with the returns he has achieved on the monies he has invested for us and would strongly recommend Steve and Affinity.

This is just a short note to thank Kelly, for her helping me to discover and to be able to navigate the Affinity portal. I am not a very tech savvy person but after chatting with Kelly I was surprised to find that I could check valuations, have access to secure messaging. I could contact my advisor as well as upload documents securely, knowing all my information was safe. I was pleased to have spoken to Kelly, she was very helpful and nudged me in the direction of the portal, which an excellent feature.

Aaron at Affinity spent time to listen to my concerns and needs about how to best manage and plan a number of pension schemes I had.
