Few passengers are aware of their consumer rights protected under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 and many lack the will or legal knowledge to go through with a claim. The compensation depends on the length of the flight but also how many hours the flight was delayed and varies between €250-600 per passenger. You are entitled to flight delay compensation in accordance with the regulation when you flew with an EU Airline that took off or landed within the EU. The regulation is also applicable when you flew with a Non-EU Airline that departed from within the EU. I did never get information about…
I did never get information about Ifdelayed's expenses. Think that you for example will be compensated 200 dollars but who garantees that Ifdelayed will not charge you more than it.
On Ifdelayed's web page, you cannot find this information. To me it looks that depending to where you live Ifdelayed can charge you as much as they want.
I think this is not a Serious company.
I will never use them.

I had a flight cancelled from London to Istanbul with Pegasus airlines (low budget). I waited 5 months to claim but still received the money without much problem, they only requested passport and tickets and I got payed within 14 days. The only problem I faced was with the Ifdelayed's website. When making my first claim my fellow passengers weren't added in the claim and i didn't realised this until i received the money, so I had to make a new claim for the remaining passengers. The support is good but a bit slow to reply. But with that being said i would recommended this site and most likely will use them again.

Got turned down by the airline due to some reference to Air trafic control. I then contaced ifdelayed and they sorted out the matter and me and my family got the finacial compensation. I can warmly recomend ifdelayed.
