Horrible customer service, I was only just browsing their site and they called me and kept insisting to make a payment. When I refused they kept calling me throughout the next day multiple times despite me telling them very clearly that I’m not interested. Frustrated I told the agent I will be making a complaint if she continues doing this and kept the phone post which she started calling me from her personal phone - horrible

This is my second go with the Ifexcapital. First time I had began apprenticeship by depositing only $200 with them. I was a total novice at FX trading and the 2 executives they had detailed to help me learn the tricks of this trade were probably too busy and were not patient enough to help me learn this highly speculative business. They couldn't even introduce me properly to their technological trading platform. To the end I found it to be a frightening beast.

Internet discouraged me by informing me that up to 85% new entrants to this trade lost money. I was also advised that rather than entrusting my fate and money to an unknown and unreachable foreign FX trading company, I should instead join some well known Indian company trading through which might also be more legal in the yes of the Government and Income Tax authorities.

I had lost small money through small trades coaxed upon me by the executives handling me who kept coaxing me to make larger investments if I wanted to see better profits. But I just couldn't make myself trust my luck and went on clamoring to let me go and withdraw my money. Eventually, to my utter surprise and against all my apprehensions, they did let me go and take out about $150 after deducting some small fees.

Of course, I did not venture out to try my luck at this trading business with some Indian company, because I had not been able to make any head or tail of this business and had decided to enjoy my retired life in peace with the reasonable pension I am getting. Being in my 80s, I thought a stress free old life was more important for me than hankering after making more money through a complicated speculative business in which temptations could trap one into losing one's lifetime savings.

Then, all of a sudden, about a month back, like a bolt from the blue, Syeda Sanna, a persistent lady executive of Ifexcapital contacted me and coaxed me to try my hand at it once again under her guidance. Firstly her sweet and knowledgeable persistence was very enticing and secondly, the way they had allowed me to withdraw my balance last time had instilled some courage in me so I finally mustered enough courage to get involved with them again.

Sanna had wanted me to indulge into higher stakes this time to see encouraging returns, but I could not make myself invest more than $1000, five times more than the last time. The beginning was bad. I have lost almost half of it, some to bad trades, but a substantial part by my mistake when I had inadvertently pressed the close buttons on a couple of trades prematurely.

Yet Sanna is coaxing me to invest at least $2000 in some famous shares to cover my losses and profit from which might even earn my trust into this complicated trading business. I am yet dithering on this decision having difficulty in trusting in my luck as well as short experience. However, Sanna is a good teacher and over the last month, I could understand a lot about the trading business and the technical trading platform.

I feel like trusting them. I have smelled no rat not to. But I am not a rich man, only a middle class retiree. For me my lifetime saving means a lot. I can't afford to speculate with it. Yet you can never learn swimming by sitting un-decisive on the banks of the waters. I wish I could see eye to eye with them to be sure of the sincerity of their encouraging talk. But Sanna sounds quite sincere. The last few trades nursed by her have paid premium. Let me see the results of a few more, and if these favor me, I intend to lay trust in her and invest those $2000. Rest I shall leave in the hand of her Allah and Iman, and my Waheguru and good fortunes!

My account manager gave me a very detailed lesson how to trade correctly, unfortunately I still lost money but I will give it another try. Maybe will have more luck this time is use the app.

Treading on such derivatives can be very risky when using leverage.I had to experience it myself.This fx broker however just providing the service. They have been always very honest with me about why it didn't work for me so well.

Both good and bad things have happened to me at Ifexcapital. First, creating the account took a long time_It took me over two weeks. I was initially assessed some fees as well. I received a reimbursement, therefore I believe it was an accident. Well, they fixed it at least, but probably not before I complained.

The compliance gave me headache and was asking too many documents from me, i would say worse than any bank account that i had to open before. I took one month to get the account ready. A lot of motivation has left.

If excapital is a forex trading broker with a Mauritius license. They have been my provider for the last two years. The support team is alwasys quick to reply.

These negative reviews here must be from people who don't know how trading works. Ifexcapital is just providing the platform not responsible if you gamble in the markets and lose it. The platform is quite smooth and efficient for instant trade execution.

If you are smart enough, just ignore this and don't fall for it. Get-Rich-Quick schemes scream loudly "I am a Scam". "SCAM".
