They convinced me that they have an AI trading bot just I need to deposit 250$ but after I did, I found no AI bot, only a guy calling me every day buzzering my bussy day to tell me that I should deposit 10K$ to get good profit, I felt not comfortable so, I think better to test if I want to withdrawal money but they are not allowing me to do that telling that money is bonus not allowed as funds but this is not true even there statement proving that I deposited 250$ and get profit from my deals 70$ and they gave me 50$ bonus but the total balance showing 305$ how I do not know, and till now they are not allowing to refund my money, They are cheating on me and my money is lost.
I contacted the support team and a lot of mails but nothing got from them, they are asking me to confirm the website I am using!!! How I reach you? How I did the withdrawal request which you denied?? You doubt about the web site I am using?? You are just wasting my time, finally after 2 working days they refund the deposited amount only, and did not allow to take any profit out.
Conclusion: disturbing calls, mistaken calculations, high sprid, no profit allowed to be withdrawn…
Never recommend them to anybody.

I have invested ifex capital trading platform last week Mr.zeeshan toufiq has been called me initially to paid 200$ I have paid very next day he said to me give withdrawal 50$ & similarly I got funds next 2 days. After that he said CFD s are the scam don't believe on that u will loss the money he said. He said you can invest Assets like Gold XAUUSD or tesla with in 1week u will get amount+ profit with I belive his words i have invested money 950$ & He said we will provide bonus 950$ After that very next day bonus has been added.After that next day he said if you deposit 2000$ you will get platinum & you will get good profits with in next 10days u will get 26558$ USD. Initially it has been gone up after that next day he said gold has been going on market correction & u account is going on very critical situation if it will go negative you will loose all amounts he said.Before deposit he is not said all those things & I have asked home twice a time if negative what will happens he said no problem it will go up position not to worry about that..After that it has been gone negative all trades has gone loss after that I have asked Mr.Zeeshan handling bhurghim country he said again u have to invest more than 4000$ if you received that amount finally I think this is totally scam I have lost 3150$ they have cheated our amount. I have contacted live support no use i m planning to file cyber security help line..Guys don't invest any platform or trading or telegram all are fake they are looting the amount different ways kindly beware on that.

& Lastly he said we can re open your account u have to invest 2000$ for reaccount opening. & Before that I have given 450$ & 1000$ for withdrawal but they declined purposefully they said no balance on your account. Be careful of Ifex capital or any other brokers all are fake only.

I wish there is a "Zero Star" option. Just don't trust them. Every time you deposit, their counterparts, so called account managers call you to tell you how depositing more funds could help you. They don't help you with the funds you have. I understand trading comes with more risks than profits. But the PLATFORM plays a significant role. This platform is purely scam. It is even prone to Phishing attacks. When you ask the team about it, they don't even respond to you. They have quite a hunger for money. Not only their initial deposit,, even their Minimum margin required for each trade is 10 times higher than other "REGULATED BROKER" on the internet.

The positive reviews you see here are completely fake. Hence the team sits and replies to every positive review and never react on the negative reviews. Before depositing here, I would suggest you to explore other brokers, you can see a good list of regulated brokers on investing.com page. But do not blindly deposit here. I lost more than TWO LAKH INR here.

I deposited US$ 200 as advance deposit to for account opening till my account was opened and then be used in trading activities My account was not opened, and they insisted on my bank details to proceed further. I informed them that there were many cyber-crimes in India and therefore I did not share my bank details They could not explain the reason and so I got suspicious of their activities. They claim to be registered for trading activities with RBI and SEBI who did not act on my complaints as they are not registered with any Indian regulator. This company IFEX CAPITAL is a bogus entity carrying on illegal activities and all the reviews of good comments are purchased by the Company and not genuine, I am a qualified Chartered Accountant and Chartered Secretary, and I can see through there fraud on the common Indian citizen. They will show you rosy picture and handsome returns on investments in the beginning but them at a appropriate time they will incur heavy losses on your investments and write off the losses against the funds invested by you.
THEREFORE, I CAUTION ALL NOT TO DO TRADING ACTIVITIES THROUGH IFEX CAPITAL THOUGH THEIR BASE IN MAURITIUS.

I am facing a similar trouble - I am unable to withdraw my money from their website. I've been trying to mail them with my account no and IFSC, and I am unable to get a withdrawal. it has been more than 24hours +

I had deposited 200 dollars through UPI, through an executive, and can't withdraw it as they need bank statements??? How is that relevant here? I have given identity proof and utility bill yet they couldn't verify me, is this a scam?? I will change my review to positive one if I get my money withdrawn, and if they give me I will invest more but they have to gain my trust by letting me withdraw, I was shocked to see such bad reviews here, the executives were very well spoken and I trusted them, don't break my trust, hope you will all do the right thing and refund me on source of payment-UPI
