Amazing customer service! My phone is completely fixed and the entire process working with this team was smooth/seamless, which is a testament to the great people they have on staff and their use of customer-friendly technology (automated communications, confirmations, etc.).

Cracked screen on a brand new Galaxy A51 needed to be fixed asap. I called a few places but iFixOnWheelz offered the fastest turnaround time, at the cheapest price, and they come to you. All three of those things made this a great deal. They were super pleasant when booking the repair, ordering the part, connecting on exact timing, and carrying out the repair. Next time, this is the only place I'm calling when something happens to a phone in our house. Can't recommend them highly enough. Great service!

This repair service is fast and very high quality. I’ve had more than one repair on my screens; always they are responsive and come to you as quickly as they can.

Scheduling dependency is the only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars. The repairman showed up a day early (I was not home), and inferred that I had made the appointment for that day rather than taking responsibility for a mistake on the part of the company. However once he returned the following day, he was very professional and my telephone battery was replaced perfectly and quickly. I would use this service again.

There is no other person that I would trust to repair my phone if it is not this store. They did a veru good job on my old trusty smartphone that was having some power issues. It was taking forever to charge. They fixed the oroblem and now my phone charges as it was meant to.

This is a very good phone repair shop. My samsung phone was having some memory issue and it kep on ejecting the simcard for no reason at all. I took it to them and they managed to fix the sim card slot and now it works perfectly. The problem has not been there ever since.

I needed the glass on my android phone replaced, and iFixOnWheelz had the best price, and it was so convenient to have them come to my home to fix the screen. Other places told me it was not worth it to fix the screen, but I really didn't want to get a new phone. Great service. I would recommend and will use again.

I am fine with that. Case covers anyway. Saved me from getting a new phone. I didn’t realize how much I need my camera.

What a great experience. When Plato figured out my touch screen problem was not the minor crack but a chip problem, he let me know that I could skip fixing the screen if I wanted (saving me 85 dollars) and offered me a free temporary phone since the chip order would take 2 days. And he delivered the free phone right to my door, too! Everything was made as easy as it could be. My phone works great now and I never had to leave home!

I would give them 3 and 1/2 stars. They performed the service (fixing the screen on my mobile phone), but it took 2 days longer than initially promised. Communications via email was cumbersome, and not very timely. But they did try hard, so I give them that. If COVID wasn't a factor, I'd probably give them 4 or 5 stars.

Needed a power connector change and a new battery. I found iFixOnWheelz in the morning, they came out by the afternoon. All fixed. Really happy I found them. Highly recommend.
