Fantastic support

Had an issue with my "Cobra 3 Pedal" which was stuck in unlocked position (due to me not operating it properly).
Suppored fixed it via email, providing a video on how to get it going again.

Ifootage - Bad company

The company Ifootage presents in April 2019 their new slider Shark Slider Nano. They have now released the product a few days ago. I have ordered the slider, and have been deducted for the full amount of almost DKK 5,000, but the company writes to me that they will first send the slider to me in January 2021.

It is normal in Europe to withdraw the amount on the credit card when the item is shipped from the company.

It's an incredible consumer policy Ifootage has. I think it is unbelievable that it takes almost 2 years from something presented at exhibitions, then that you have the audacity to take payment for the item approx. 2 months before goods are shipped.
