I received an item from this i force company last month, when this item arrived l was not happy and wanted this item returned, l have been trying to contact them since the 17th of last month just to get details about the return. This i force have no interest in me returning this item. I have tried E mailing, phoning and leaving countless messages.
I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS i force to no one. Now l have an item that l do not want.
Waste of time, l would of given a NO STAR if there was an option

I ordered a 50cm chainsaw for some reason they sent a 40cm one. Different model number different size. Let's see if they sort the issue out tomorrow. Not holding out much hope just getting automated responses.

Purchased a heated towel rail from them, didn't use it straight away as bathroom wasn't ready for it yet. Got it fitted and it turns on but doesn't heat. Emailed them, and they said they can't replace or give me refund as its been more than 30 days. Part of their business model seems to be selling items that have been 'reconditioned' that need to be fitted by an electrician to test it, which will likely take more than 30 days. And then when you do discover that its faulty it unfortunately to late to get a refund or replacement.

I've had two orders with multiple purchases. Fast delivery, very happy with all the items I received. Definitely return for more.

Excellent service, ordered 2 granite sinks, fast delivery and great communication, sadly one came broken, when I notified them I was issued a immediate refund. Would highly recommend asthe money I saved on the one that wasn’t damaged more than made up for the one that was.. would DEFINITELY use them again..

I feel the need to counter the negative reviews on here, when your paying peanuts for graded/used products and saving a small fortune on RRP you HAVE to accept that there might be problems, the main thing is that any problems I have ever had have been sorted extremely quickly and efficiently, I cannot fault the customer services especially Marcus who I have had many dealings with, in all a great place to get quality products at a fraction of the price!

i have ordered 4 times from iforcemarketzone and 3 times they mess up my order , 2 times sold me items that they didnt have in stock , yes i got a refund after they delivered , last delivery was an angle grinder missing most of the parts , i know there customer returns but you have to sell them compete 5 days later and they have not sent the missing parts but have other grinders in stock !!!!!!!!!!!
dont bother calling them as all they ever say is there is a system error

now im waiting my parts for my angle grinder , there answer is we are looking around the warehouse to see if we can find them , its an absolute joke of a company

After reading the reviews of iForceMarketZone I was extremely hesitant to purchase my garden furniture from them. Despite this I took the risk due to the extremely low price and I definitely do not regret it. They were absolutely amazing and delivered by 5 piece garden furniture safely and were on hand immediately for any queries I had. Could not fault this service and will definitely be using them again!

I bought a sack truck/trolley off them. On the website it was described as made of aluminium, used but as good as new. It was much cheaper than the same item at Screwfix. What I received however was made of steel and was well worse for wear.
I was offered to send it back for a refund but to be honest not really keen as it’s quite a hassle to pack and post such a big item.
I still would’ve done so, but by that time it was sold out at Screwfix, so I had to work with what I got.
So, not totally fraudulent, but I still feel ripped off.

I bought a reconditioned dewalt multi tool off this company.
It was a fraction of the price of a brand new one.
Even though I was a little apprehensive all my fears were put to bed when the item arrived.
The item was delivered extremely quickly and upon opening was like a brand new machine.
All items were wrapped and packed.
I really couldn't fault the service or product and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

I've dealt with iForceMarketZone several times in the past couple of months and I have to give them 5 stars for quality, price and customer service. They actually seem to care that the customer is satisfied, which makes a welcome change from some other companies.

I had a couple of problems (mainly caused by Yodel - see my review of that company) and iForceMarketZone were very helpful. All my email exchanges with them have been extremely courteous and promptly responded to.

I will definitely be returning and buying more from them.
