Further, on May 20th 7pm I was charged 899pesos even without transaction and I was shocked why they collected such amount without any transaction

They will bait you with cheaper fee for AI access once you add your card they will charge you the premium subscription fee even if you did not avail it.
I tried contacting their email: support @ ifoto.ai it routed me to Soopay website another AI customer service will ask what is your email address. Then told me that no email was found wtf??
I called the customer service number no one is answering. Their app was not on Apple store or Google Play Store

SCAM!!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I was surprised to receive an email notif for a charge for a subscription that I never signed up for, nor any email communication about it. I immediately sent an email for a refund request within 24 hours of the charge. Never received a response. I cancelled the subscription and got an email confirmation from the same email address on their contact info, I responded through there and received a generic email telling me that I will not be charged again since my subscription was cancelled, but never did it once addressed my concern directly about the refund request. I also tried their safe pay hub link but to no avail, as it only gives me an error message. I have been trying for days!!!!!!!!!! Same error, since the charge it has been over a week. Still no response and no help.

Immediately LOG-IN to their website, go to Membership Plan which you can see and CLICK, this will route you to conditions and terms. THERE, you will see UNSUBSCRIBE. Once you’ve done that. GCASH WILL SEND A CONFIRMATION MESSAGE UNLINKING THE ACCOUNT. Pls be careful. This is a blatant scam.
