Misleading Subscription – Charged Without Knowing
Tried iFoto for the free trial just to enhance a few photos, then suddenly got charged ₱599 for a subscription I never intended to start. I never used the credits and canceled immediately after. Reached out for a refund, still no proper help. This felt super sketchy—wish I had read the reviews earlier. Be careful!

I was scammed by this app yesterday. I used it once and I paid 1 through Gcash. I wasn't satisfied the result which I logged out eventually. I never link my Gcash account to your platform and how come that you guys are automatically saving it and charge me 599 yesterday??????
I am trying to email this shit and they are not responding. The funny thing is when I said I will cancel they reply within an hour. Wow!!

It's a SCAM app
Purely a SCAM, don't use it.
It asked you to pay for MYR 0.10 for the job that it does for you. Then on the next day, it will auto debit MYR 49 to your e-wallet (which was not even stated at the beginning when I approved for it charge me MYR 0.10)
Worst part is when you contacted the customer service, they told me because I didn't unsubscribe after 1 day free trial. What the hell? Which app gives user 1 day to try?

This app is a scam charging me ₱599.
On March 13, 2025, I tried iFoto ai to edit a single picture and was required to pay ₱1, which I willingly agreed to so I could proceed. However, I was completely dissatisfied with the result and immediately logged out of my account to ensure I wouldn’t be charged further. Since you had already collected my bank details during the initial payment, I assumed there would be no unauthorized transactions moving forward.
To my shock and outrage, on Saturday at 00:04 AM, I was charged ₱599—an amount I never authorized or agreed to. I did not subscribe to any additional services, and I certainly did not consent to this ridiculous charge. Being billed such a huge amount for something I never used is absolutely unacceptable.
When I ask for a refund they do not answer when I ask to cancel the subscription their ai will only provide the same response saying that they will send confirmation email but they don’t. And they will advice to send “del+account” but they do not process it.
