Quick delivery and product arrived in good condition. Was packed very well.

I live in Australia so it took one month to travel all that way and go through customs.

These hoodies were Christmas presents for my sons and they loved them. Items were good value for the price. Items were delivered on time before Christmas.

Ordered December 5. I am writing this on December 31. Still no delivery. Sub-par.

I've ordered many items from this company and have never been disappointed. The shipping is fast, the quality of the products are great! The customer service is great as well, the one time I had a problem they responded and helped me resolve the issue. Definitely recommend!

I ordered a hat that looked nice on the website. When I got the hat it looked much cheaper and poorer quality, but worse, the hat was badly creased on both sides and not fixable. I wrote the website with photos of the hat and issue and a week later, they asked for photos again. I attached more photos, and again, about a week later, asked what the issue was. Now, I had to write again, circling and explaining the creases, and we'll see if they ever actually refund my order. Customer service is horrible. I would definitely not recommend this company!

This company is horrible. They screwed up my shipping and the shirt I ordered got lost. They refuse to offer a refund or replacement. The site where you order merchandise is not the one that handles their shipping or customer service. It’s unclear where the company is located and they will not say when asked. I am contacting Facebook where they advertise ubiquitously and my credit card company. Please do nit purchase with this company. They lack any ethics or scruples.

So far this has been very frustrating. Ordered 4 face masks and have not received. Asking when my order will arrive, receive no responses.....let’s hope the masks show up....otherwise will use other recourse!
How can people rip off customers especially during this time????? Asked where they are located and not received a reply on that as well.....will let you know if the masks show up or if they ever answer the emails! It seems They obviously don’t care.

Mug arrived broken, repeated emails to support@ifrogtees ignored. So there really is no refund or return policy.

Delivery a little slow. But overall good product.
