From the store, while choosing a furniture and during the purchase process, Tao was very accommodating and very helpful.

But, I ended up not buying a furniture due to some issues with the item I purchased, and even the alternative purchase. (Scored 4-star for the customer service, not the product)

In the end, it all went well, and the refund process was quick. It was all through the excellent assistance of Mary from customer service team. She was very responsive and prompt.

Through my own impatience, I had to repurchase an item to get it the same day, and then go through the process of getting a refund.

I spoke to Angelica through their online portal, and the whole process quick and painless. She was a big help and it all took about 3 minutes. The aftercare from the iFurniture team is fantastic

We have had a great time furnishing our first home with iFurniture! The pieces are incredibly soft in fabric and sturdy, and Dece was a great help when we thought some pieces were missing - when in fact they've just been hiding in a compartment at the bottom of the sofa! This is the first time visiting this website. I got confused on something information and I gave the online chat a try. Jenica is amazing! Polite and patient. Looking forward to arranging a time to visit onsite shops soon!

We would like to commend Trista ( from the store) and Mary (online) for their great customer service. Specially after the dissapointing delivery service, firstly we paid for someone to take the furniture upstairs, when they came, they just left the boxes outside our door, had my husband didn’t prompt them about it they would have just left. The bed frame came in a box but had a lot of holes on it,it was missing x1 bolt and the side had both dents on it. But despite all the hurdles Mary helped us with a solution. Trista from the store helped us by giving us options or alternative for products that we wanted to order. Overall, product handling and delivery service are poor.

My go to in Christchurch is the iFurniture shop. They are a really great team and really efficient with shipments and customer service. My most recent trip, I worked with team member Jam and they were really helpful with my questions.
Ive ordered couches, bar stools, coffee tables and desks and they have not let me down in terms of quality and timeliness and great value for money. Highly Recommend.

I had an pickup order that I couldn't pick up anymore due to having no more space in my new place (a quick/flash move).
