Product is defective. And no response to numerous emails and no refund.

Do not order from this fraud company: I did and I wish I did my homework beforehand. I brought the teeth cleaning device, shocking, was in the post back next day to them, same packaging as requested by them.
For 6 months I have been chasing my money back being sent the refund to my account details. Even chased my bank, but of course they were lying, the company, not my bank. So they are unable to offer a refund???? I have to reorder??? So I have reordered the backpack and couple of other less technical products, They can’t get that wrong too can they?
These companies should not be allowed to trade in this day and age. Why should they get away with robbing and conning us?

They are bombarding me with emails. They won't stop. Never did business with them and never will. They look like crooks.

I would not even give them one star. Do not buy - been waiting for a refund since July 30th. Have my credit card company involved. Scammers!

This company is using the same advertising story as the one I saw in YouTube advertisements using the name "N2invent" which I used to buy the "DroneX Pro". They are scammers, the drone I bought is nothing like the one they sent and it took for ever to get to me, dont waste your money and time trying to buy from them, you will regret it.

I purchased 5 (five) CoolAir units for space cooling and four of them leaked all the water all over my counters while the remaining unit did not leak - NOR did it ever cool but the water level remains full after many hours of operation. I could understand a unit being defective or maybe even two but five out of five? Seriously defective and I'm awaiting the company's response. If they do return my money, I'll come on and report that. If not, I'll report elsewhere but this experience was just a bit worse than awful. I'm sorry I had to give then a single star.

Do not purchase from this site. I purchased a wifi booster months ago and never received it. I requested a refund but was only told the item should be with me soon.This is a fraudulent company and not to be trusted.

I purchased 2 wifi boosters and received 2 repeaters that have done nothing to improve internet speeds.
These took 2 weeks to be delivered and were charged in US dollars - no mention of this when ordering in £ so have incurred additional charged for exchange fee.
Certianly wouldnt recommend them or purchase from them again and would advise to stay clear.
I would give 0 stars if i could and have now reported them to UK authorities!

Please don't buy from them.

These are a scam sales sites. I recommend you do not use them.

I ordered an 'Applexa_EE Ultra Boost' wifi device based on YouTube advertising that specifically promoted it as a device to speed internet connections by by-passing speed controls imposed by internet providers.

The unit I actually received is a standard 300Mbps wifi repeater; I contacted Hyperstech.com to arrange a replacement supply, of the unit I ordered. The response from the Help chat line was simply that the device is a wifi repeater and does not speed internet connections.

It is a clear case of deliberate misrepresentation. I really hate being tricked.

I ordered on April 3, 5 face mask until now I think they have left the destination. Please whoever sees this review I beg you not to waste your money on this company crap it is a total robbery

On March 19, 2020, I ordered a WiFi Super. On April 2, I contacted and requested a tracking number, order number, estimated date of delivery, or a refund.

They responded:
"We are sorry, we do not have any right to cancel the order as it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to cancel the order then, refuse the order at the time of delivery. Once the order gets back to us, we will issue a full refund."

My wife told me not to order from these people, appears she knows what she is talking about, lol.

This firm operates out Estonia in Eastern Europe. Appears to be a SCAM, to me.

1. I Placed my order on Fri, Mar 20, 2020
The Applexa_EE - Your WIFI UltraBoost did not arrived since then.
2. I emailed on April 8th for the status of the order. They replied: "We're sorry for the inconvenience.
This is to inform you that due to a rapid hike in demand for the product it is taking time for our logistics department to ship the orders."
3. I responded: "Due to unreasonable delays, please cancel my order. When will I see a full refund of the undelivered product?
4. They responded:
"We are sorry, we do not have any right to cancel the order as it has been dispatched from our warehouse. If you want to cancel the order then, refuse the order at the time of delivery. Once the order gets back to us, we will issue a full refund."
5. From reading at other complaints, customers could not find a legitimate address for returns if it eventually is delivered by a mail carrier to their door!
6. I noticed my credit card had an extra "International Charge" related to this business which I did not authorized! It appears this business operates at an unknown part of the world or foreign country using multiple names such as support novads or hyperstech.

7. I found this complaint similar to mine in online threatalerts:

8. Why does Google allows adds in Youtube that flashes on your screen products sold by these type of businesses?

No response or tracking info. I ordered 5 wifi boosters. I got updates all until it was time to ship my order, then no reply at all. I am debating filling to get my money back. Theft by deception

My order arrived. I ordered 5 wifi boost. I paid for 5, they sent me 2.
I have email in to customer service.

Worst experience ever. I buy and sell from Amazon and ebay. Never had such terrible customer service

Placed my order for a watch and was promptly charged my credit card on 27 January 2020, and sent numerous emails, requesting delivery status, contact or a refund, with no avail to date. Two additional fees and charges also made on my credit card, and still no product or response provided. I belie e this site is a scam. DO not trust this site.

I think it is definitely a scam, I ordered 2/4 it is March 7 and no XWatch. The tracking number says the same thing it did a month ago. You can never get hold of anyone in the chatbox only Bots. bReplies on email are always vague, no help at all. I suggest you save your money, it may look like a good deal but it ends up being a big fat 0.

Also trading as hypers tech. Check out the reviews for that company. Obviously some sort of scam. I am trying to get a refund for a non-appearing wi-fi extender.
