If you want to play if with little…

If you want to play if with little comfort, u need to be a p2p.
The customer services are a night mare. Transferred from one email to another requests information repeatedly (3 times, around 16 or 18 invoices), location you have been since the start of the game, first nickname you used in the game... I think they may ask for my blood type and how many children I have etc.

Another thing is that bots are common, and they don't care.

And they ask to be constructive to give them ideas.
First fix your scam customer services and your whole company, then ask for constructive ideas

deleted my two Lords Mobile…

Just deleted my two Lords Mobile accounts. Horrible they lied about shipping a product that never came. I ordered two things they sent me one tracking number. I received one package with only one of my orders. They are saying it at the post office and if I don’t pick it up in two days they will ship it back. I checked my online post office account, went into store and called no package. Lol I have never actually had this experience Before. Log out of both my Lords Mobile accounts told the crew to boot me and loot me.

Terrible customer service

Lords is a well thought out game, including how to get you to spend money. I have 2 accounts, one of which I have spent a considerable sum of money on. I wanted to move the accounts to different email addresses. The account where I spent no money was done pretty much straight away. The other account is now 6 months later and I have been told I can't prove I am the owner despite providing payment records, travel records, creation information, account details, etc.
The customer service does not appear to read the content of emails sent to them. The complaint email address never responded.
I would seriously recommend not spending money on this game. Should you ever want to do anything with your account, the so-called service will be obstructive and not at all helpful.
Shame that the service has totally ruined my experience.

Dark company with 2 faces - beware

Bad company with really bad way to entice ppl to pay on the game. I spent overall more than 1k USD on lordsmobile game, from IGG, and I could tell that the game environment had been set up to psychologically trapped people to waste money in it. Beware of kids with access to fund, playing their game.

Like other had said, they also have very bad and arrogant customer service. Never once in my life, I felt insulted by CS in the company, other than IGG. They would act nice if you are contacting them regarding order/payment, but would act differently often ignorant in other cases. And yes their response or answer to customer are very standoffish. They don't even worthy for 1 star. They literally robbed people's money with their down servers, lagging and bugs all over the game and lack of support in term of account ownership.

I think they won't go far as company.

Colloseum irregularity and iPhone vs Android

Colloseum fights are all irregular and cheating. I used the exact same heroes against an opponent, with the only difference is that my heroes are stronger in might than my opponent. I lost 8 consecutive fights in the colloseum like this. I had recorded the fights and took it up with IGG's help chat who immediately said that there is something odd about this and will immediately bring it up for investigation. 2 days later, I received an email from IGG giving me their standard answer to select stronger heroes than the opponent's. But my heroes were stronger in might and exactly the same as those used by my opponents.

Another thing, if you do your fights using iPhone, whether in colloseum or limited challenges, you will 90% of the time find that you will win using your Android phone but loses if you use your iPhone. Go on. Test it and prove it to yourself like so many of my guildmates have tried and proven it. I have 2 accounts, one played on iPhone and the other played on Android phone.

Items purchased by my disabled…

Items purchased by my disabled autistic son without my consent.... Customer services didn't want anything to do with it. No refunds given... Disgusting service. The money used was his medical money and now I can't afford his medical bill... Money above humanity with this company. Stay well away

Lords Mobile Customer Service gave me wrong information and is irresponsible

Before I purchased a premium item in IGG's mobile game "Lords Mobile", I asked Lords Mobile Customer Service a question regarding the details of the premium item.

After receiving a satisfactory answer from them, I purchased the premium item. But after I purchased it, I found that it is not what they told me before. In other words, they gave me wrong information and misled me into purchasing an unwanted premium item.

I asked them for changing the premium item to equal-valued premium items. But they refused to do that.

They refused to take responsibility for their mistake. I think that's unethical. And I suggest staying away from the said company (IGG) and its games.
