Excellent customer service + genuinely tried to help me
I know many companies have poor customer service, but this one stands out.
I spent days trying to buy a subscription with a discount, but my card kept getting declined.
Despite our back-and-forth, there was little progress.
Eventually, I had to buy the subscription at full price.
They noticed my frustration and, instead of leaving me hanging like other companies, they refunded my money and gave me 1 month free for all the trouble.
I rarely see customer service like this.
