Good product but inadequate…
Good product but inadequate instructions. No mention of need to prime wall surfaces before applying provided glue. May have stated this at checkout and on website FAQs but not on instructions provided for fitting (and given to fitter). Customer services accepted this but refused to contribute to cost of returning fitter to dismantle shower and reattach panels after these all became detached from wall surface. Admitted that was known problem but hadn't bothered to make clear in fitting instructions.

Apologies that you felt our service was below standard. We take the occasional complaint we receive very seriously and will always try to rectify the situation immediately, however unfortunately on this occasion this has not been the case.
As all the team here at Igloo had mentioned in communications with yourself, the details you mention are indeed on our website under FAQ and on the product description plus all reputable fitters are aware of this detail also. In these discussions we repeatedly stated that if photographic evidence were to be provided we would look into the matter further to resolve the situation. However we only received a 10 second video which showed the panels installed with no conclusive evidence on the matter and an invoice from your fitter.
As mentioned if we had received photographic evidence and could see quiet definitively where the adhesive was installed we could have investigated further with a view to resolving the matter.
However, we have noted that you mentioned the 'priming of walls' was not on our 'installation guide' and have rectified this situation so that every DIY enthusiast going forward has this information to hand to assist them when installing the panels.
We can only apologies that on this instance your complaint was not rectified to a more amicable conclusion due to the lack of evidence provided.

Splashwall
The splash wall I chose is fantastic it looks great on my wall the only downside I have is that when the delivery men came I wasn't in so they left it outside in the snow .I thought I was supposed to sign for it . When I got it inside the cardboard was soaking butas it was so well packed it hadn't gone all the way through. Overall I am very pleased with my order and will be recommending you to friends .
