This company is simply amazing. Having received my order (a shower panel set) and finding a small fault which could have delayed my shower installation they insisted on sending another panel not only first class next day but at no cost to me. This is customer service at it's best in my opinion. I will be recommending them of course because clearly focus is on customer satisfaction rather than making a profit. 10 out of 10 for IGLOO SURFACES LTD.

We ordered the Lava Rust Panel shower kit. Very nice panels and look great fitted.We were so pleased that we order more panels for around the bath and the bath panel. Alberto in the office is a star, - no fuss, no annoying music on hold for ever, just real people who provide great products at great prices with great customer support. Delivery is exceptionally quick too, and FREE. Brilliant!! Would highly recommend !!

I'm thrilled with my bathroom wall …
I'm thrilled with my bathroom wall panels from Igloo Surfaces.
I found them online and once I began chatting to sales advisor, Alberto, I felt I was in safe hands. His advice was excellent.
The price was great, for the quality, I think, and the bathroom fitters had no complaints whatsoever.
I'd set my heart on the White Rainbow Sparkle panels (very subtle with just a hint of a spectrum of light - sometimes appearing just white but on closer inspection rather delightful).
I struggled to get something to contrast on another wall, and Alberto suggested (which I'd overlooked) the Grey Gemstone panels - perfect.
Panelled the entire room, enhanced with spotlights - different impact with those and natural daylight.
The colour scheme also blends with any other coloured accessories, which means you can ring the changes - I went for sparkly bling, including white quartz floor tiles from another firm... and a removable ceiling mirror ball (for a bit of fun) but could easily tone it down.
Delivery was good and hassle free.
Excellent products and terrific service - what more can I say.
One very happy customer.
