iGMS customer support is so helpful!

iGMS customer support is so helpful. As a somewhat technical person, but new to APIs, their customer support walked me through their docs and helped me automate some processes. They were clear and helped me clarified so much for me. Outside of their API support, the product in general has helped us automate so much of our Airbnb business at an affordable price for a mom & pop shop. Great product and service.

I am very impressed so far

I am very impressed so far. We have complicated set up and they spent time to make sure everything was set up properly. The tech team has been awesome as well, solving any issues we had during the set up. if things continue this way I will be extremely happy! We tried now 6 different software companies (PMS systems) and none of them were able to help and accomplish all they accomplished. Everyone else just promised things, but never made anything work. We chased double bookings around all day. So far we fixed this issue being with this company and they have been amazing and price is very reasonable as well!

This is the best company to work with!

This is the best company to work with. They were so helpful and always right there to chat when I needed. The software is robust. I really like how well it is structured and so far I have not had a single glitch. Thank you iGMS!

I love the software

I love the software. I have used it to sync my calendar on several platforms and take direct bookings as well. Its easy to use and works great. But the best part is their customer service. The team is always so helpful and provides step by step on how to do things. They are awesome! Highly recommend!!

iGMS is great!

I have been using iGMS for 3 years now and primarily started to because I am a couple of platforms and thought it would help me not to double book my reservations. It was very easy to set up with the help of customer service and I feel like it's been very easy to use. I don't have anything to compare to but also would say I'm not interested in looking into another product because we are having no issues.

iGMS removes the stress of property management

The platform and interfaces are VERY easy to navigate and make the data very easy to visualize. The service is exceptional. Someone responds very quickly and ALWAYS provides a solution. iGMS is an excellent value and has completely removed the stress from managing my properties.

iGMS simply solves my problems

I have been working with iGMS now for more than 2 years. They are always great to work with. Whenever I “mess” something up….. and that happens, believe me, iGMS staff is always very ready and willing to straighten things out. I would highly recommend their service to persons working with on line vacation rental properties. Tom

They are terrible after over a year no…

They are terrible after over a year no functioning inbox and a direct booking site that was didn’t function and you couldn’t book on it. It is not a PMS. YOU MUST MAKE ANY CHANGES ON ALL THE PLATFORMS... IF YOU UPDATES THE AIRBNB LISTIN OR ANY LISTING IT DOESN’T APPLY IT TO THE DIRECT BOOKIN SIT NOR TO VRBO OR ANY OTHER YOU MUST CHANG IT ON ALL PLATFORMS! Information from airbnb does to pull over you must to add it yourself, same with Vrbo and direct booking. Issues all the time. Stay far away from IGMS

I’ve experienced quite a few technical…

I’ve experienced quite a few technical issues while using IGMS including syncing multiple calendars. The customer service team takes a while to respond and overall has fallen below standards for a property management system. But I suppose you get what you pay for.

I switched over from Hostaway to iGMS…

I switched over from Hostaway to iGMS and the difference has been incredible. Hostaway was clunky, confusing, and difficult to navigate, but iGMS has made everything so much easier. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and I was able to get up and running quickly without frustration. Price was a big issue with Hostaway also and I felt that for any good feature I had to pay extra, I really like the transparent pricing iGMS offers.

Their support team is also outstanding — fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful. Managing my rentals is no longer a headache thanks to iGMS. Highly recommend!

Unreliable

The software is great. TOns of great options to hndle your bookings easily. I love the website builder.
But the amount of bugs have made the platform unusable. Automatic messages are often not being sent, leading to confused and lost guests. Sometimes I can't access messages from a specific guests.
I'm going to be looking elsewhere because I can't trust them

iGMS has always had superior support…

iGMS has always had superior support and a product that has everything we need to manage two rental properties, from ownership, to team members and task assignments. We have been using them since January 2022 - 3-1/2 years now. The coordination between admin and renters is extraordinary with the inbox feature and the automations of many templates that can be sent out with little effort on our part. Connecting the iGMS program with the external channels such as Airbnb and VRBO was a breeze to set up. We even had a property owner switch when the properties were sold and iGMS could easily go on as if no property owner switch had taken place. In other words, we did not have to take-down and rebuild from scratch. I have never seen such robust programming have such a user friendly management. iGMS has thought of it all and has really put their users as their highest priority. Every single chat support agent is a real human being and extremely knowledgeable and very fast with their answers, never having to wait on them and never having to get frustrated with them. I would also like to say that I use the chat support a lot rather than going to look through documents and it is really nice that they don't refer me to go read some lengthy document but actually tell me how to do something right there and then, right in the chat conversation. They have never guided me to go look something up myself. It's almost as if they have nothing else to do but to help me. Most people are in a hurry and you have to repeat your questions. Not with iGMS! I cannot say enough about the entire platform and I highly recommend them.
