Payment was taken some stuff delivered with fault
The service is not the best as they did not even think to offer a compensation to the mess they caused us with delivering faulty stuff- just returned the number for mouse pads that were faulty. Stickers on the order were put on wrong that we had to do all ourself again no compensation for this or an email from management to say sorry
Still one piece is missing and to be delivered
All in all although they made mistakes and accepted but did not make any compensation for the loss we had as an organisation and think a customer will be just happy with an email of sorry and left us with no gifts for our clients which had to arrange with other suppliers
The delivery of faulty goods did not happen for first time.
Although the two ladies mrs Aigner and Waldvogel are very competent and helpful but what can they do for the management which is useless and does not change the processes to at least compensate the client for the loss or at least show courtesy to say sorry to be honest
I have to say to go to Hach although they have higher prices but it's worth it at least no faulty goods ever are delivered. Learned from the mistake actually
