After using my newly purchased luggage for only one trip (from home to airport and back), one wheel broke!
It cannot be that after using the luggage for a couple of hours that it breaks!

When we ordered our bags from IGO profil, they came in quickly and the pressing job was well done. Unfortunately, most of the bags came in that were heavily creased from shipment, thus needing to iron each of the bags before they were given away as gifts. It goes without saying that this was nothing we expected, and to have the bags so heavily creased created many hours of extra work on our part. Be aware of this.
