Almost perfect
There were the hiccups of messages being sent to someone that no longer works for the Company, misunderstanding on the logo that we wanted to use, receiving e-mails in Flemish slowed down the correspondence, and the minor detail of the white of the pen not being the same shade as it was a couple of years ago. But the products arrived on time, non damaged, the staff were always available, and the issues that arose were quickly and professionally solved.

Very good service before/after the sale
