I wouldn't recommend
I will never order from this company again. Customer service is poor, waiting time too. I ordered two items and never received the tracking number. I only received one item and they are trying to persuade me that it all fit in one box (50psc) even though the box clearly says 25 psc. The quality is also so so. Lot of loose threads on the bags.
The print looks OK. That's why 2 stars

Poor service experience
Our Charity received a sample product from IGO promo that was very substandard. When trying to return the item, IGO Promo refused point blank to accept it back and insisted on charging for it.

Was extremely happy with the efficient end-to-end process: right from sending samples to the back-forth discussion on design and print, and timely delivery. They were responsive even on call and took the steps to make changes as and when needed.
