Worst customer service communication experience of my life. Initially, they provided no updates about why product was significantly delayed until I reached out. This is a scam. The "product" they give you is very low quality and nothing like depicted on the website in regard to animation quality. They refuse to provide refunds by the way and wanted to offer revisions which I accepted one which continued to be awful. As far as revisions go, I would not even know where to begin to instruct the artist on how to create image like what is presented online as what was received was so far off.
The online photos on this company's website show real animation similar to the show, whereas what I have received looks like some sort of pencil or cheap marker drawing. Not to mention, the characters look nothing like us. The animals in the picture look like they're on some sort of amphetamine with their wild eyes. The colors of the clothing were not even correct. Nothing is correct. I can't believe I was even offered them as completed products. PLEASE SAVE YOUR 140 dollars. I plan to let everyone know

This is a big scam I orderd a £40 canvas and took 2 months for someone to answer me I asked for a refund and they said they will deliver it. Now it’s been 5 months nothing and the email does not exist.

Never received my order. Emailed to say I expect a refund and the email now doesn’t exist and neither does the website. Do not order.

I did not receive my order so I emailed, first few times I did not get any answers, then they told me if it did not arrive within two days they would give me a refund. After three days I emailed them, they sent me the digital copy and then I emailed them about the refund and never got an answer back.

I ordered on 12th Jan, was supposed to
receive the digital portrait in 4-8 days, it’s been 8 weeks and I have not received the order or a refund. Have sent numerous emails, they only responded to one about 6 weeks ago, they kept changing their contact email address. Website now doesn’t exist!!! From what comes up on google, it looks like they have changed their name to happytooned with a new email address/website/Instagram.
Have just requested a refund through PayPal and got it straight away thankfully. Wish I’d have looked at reviews first and saved the hassle!

It's been a month and I haven't received anything from the company. I have emailed 3 times with no reply. I feel as though I may never recieve my order.

Absolutely appalled with this order. I ordered an image to be done in January hoping to get it for the 14th of February as a Valentines gift to my partner. I have had no communication whatsoever after sending several emails I have also sent in a request for a refund which is also been ignored. The phone number is fake and is never available to ring. Would not surprise me if this is a scam.

Item not been received and no replies to emails

I ordered 4 weeks ago, was told final image would be emailed within 2-5 working days then the print would be dispatched but I've had nothing. No image, no product, and no response when I reached out for an update.

I haven’t received my toon at all. I have emailed countless times and still nothing.

I ordered on the 9th of February and still haven’t received my picture! I am more than unhappy with the service, I have sent multiple emails, to which I have had absolutely no response! Do not order from this site it is a con!

No communication when asked where my order is

Placed an order from their tiktok advert on the 15th Dec. Emailed q few times with no response. Finally got a reply from an Instagram message I sent sending me the image for me to approve and that they would be sending the framed image out the day after. 4 weeks on I still haven't received any order and their Instagram account has gone. AVOID at all costs!!!

I placed my order on the 14th January hoping to receive this for Valentine’s Day as it was supposed to be a gift. I waited a whole 10 days before I emailed them to find out where my order was, even though it stated it would be with me in 2-5 days. I got ignored, so I emailed again. I got ignored. On my third time of trying to contact them, I was told my order was already halfway through being processed, this was a month later. I was told to contact them if I do not receive this within 48 hours. It has now been 14 days since then, I have emailed 2/3 times and still no luck. I am very disappointed and I will be requesting for a refund. I’m not happy with the service I have received so far. I understand they are a small business but you would think they’d atleast answer people and when it states your order will be 2-5 days, you should receive it within 2-5 days instead of the months they have customers like myself waiting. They should really be more truthful with the turnover time. Definitely not happy.

I’m honestly lost with this! I ordered this as a gift for Valentine’s Day, over 3 weeks ago but I have received nothing! I’ve sent over 5 emails politely asking for an update and now a refund if my order hasn’t been started yet but no correspondence back which is just rude and terrible customer service.

I hate being persistent with my emails however I have received no correspondence and their website details 4-8 working days. I have read all of these bad reviews on trust pilot which have concerned me as I had high hopes for this print and I was excited to give it away as a gift.

I understand they are a small growing organisation and are busy with lots of commissions however they should not state these expectations for delivery.

my order still isn’t here i ordered it back at the start of january hoping to get it for valentine’s day and it still hasn’t arrived. rubbish.

I ordered this as a gift for someone, the money was taken out my bank straight away however I have never received anything. No the print or any emails regarding it. I have also emailed them multiple times looking for an update and been ignored.
