It’s a fraud business .. run and governed by dodgy British fraudsters including regulatory bodies

Their customer relations are some of the poorest I have encountered, certainly when it comes to financial affairs. Responses to my queries take days to be responded to if at all. I resorted on one occasion to writing to the C.E.O. and got no response at all. I'm not a complainer, just want good service.

I have a limit order that's supposed to be filled but IG did NOT fill it. When I called and pointed this out, their agent said he will investigate and get back to me within an hour. It's been ONE DAY already and there is still no call back!

I suspect IG is trying to fxxk around and play monkey business with client orders. Now that they are caught, IG do not know how to explain that's why they went missing.

To all prospective clients of IG: This is the 2nd time such an issue happened to me with IG within a month.

missing deposit for last 2 weeks, poor help and support, no replies in returns,
in return a bogus email asking me to prove who am i with all id.so they can buy more time.?

Your order price will be moved in the Live Account. Confirm for yourself.

They hang up on you when you ring them.....this is robbery. just like the betting platforms. This is sad....

IG.com is a criminal broker please stay away from them almost 3 months ago I have opened an account with them and in this website I have given them a 4* but now that I have traded with them and I can assure you that IG.com will cheat on every steps you can imagine. from Price delaying to freezing the price and hunting your STOP LOSS within 1 pip all the time and when I have listed and provided proof to IG.com about their all wrong doings they closed my account without any notification whatsoever when I called IG and asked them I can not login they said Margin product is not suitable for you. I have traded Margin product now for 8 years I know what is margin. STAY AWAY FROM IG.COM
