Customer service DOES NOT EXIST!

Our vet clinic who has a full time groomer, has ordered from igroom for about 2 years with no issues UNTIL I HAD AN ISSUE. I ordered 8 items and only received 4 of them and I have made several attempts to reach someone about this. No one ever comes on the line when I call, I have left multiple voice messages, sent multiple emails with NO RESPONSE! We had to finally resort to disputing the charge with our credit card company. I will NEVER order from them again. You lost what would have been a lifelong customer.
