Stay away from this company!!! SCAM

I ordered Turonu Bee Venom and received a tracking number. After two weeks I received a notification that the order had been delivered to my house. As I work from home, I went to the front door and there was no package to be found. Tried reaching out to the company with no luck. It's a scam, don't waste your money on this company and product.

I purchased Bee venom from this company on Dec 15th and have still not received my product. I sent an email and never got a response. The tracking number sent me to an app to download in another language. I do not trust this company.

Purchased their 𝐁𝐚𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝™ Fat Burning Ice Silk Ionic Fiber Shaping Shorts set of 3. One pair fit, the other two were a different style and did not fit. I contacted them on 8/1/24 to what my return options were. They did not respond until after I sent a second email on 8/19/24. At that point, they gave me the option to pay to ship them back to them (in China, so it was around $20 to ship them back) or I could take a 30% refund. I chose the 30% refund. I still have not received my money back, despite contacting them 10+ times since then.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

If I could honestly rate them, I would give them a minus five star review. I made a purchase back in July and they sent me the wrong size. THEIR MISTAKE!
When I asked if I could exchange the items for the correct size, they said that it would cost me to return them. I told them, since it was an error on their part, they should exchange the items free of charge.
All they offered me was a 20% discount. After several correspondence back-and-forth, they increased the discount to 30% then 40% then 50%. I kept reiterating the fact that the discount does me no good if I have an item that I cannot use.
Now they are telling me that a discount refund has been applied to my credit card, which it has not.
Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with their customer service. Would NOT recommend them to anyone. I will keep on trying to get my items replaced, but after over three months, I do not feel like I will be getting any further ahead. Totally disgusted with this company.

Do not buy, I don't usually like to give a bad review but I purchased an item with this place, through Facebook and I never received my purchase. I did get a tracking, however it was in another language & was useless to me. I wish I had read previous reviews. I hope this one will prevent others from purchasing from this company. I will file a claim with my CC co. Update: 10/15/24 I ended up receiving this item, over a month later.

Wish I would have read previous review before ordering. I had to pay shipping charges and it says 3-5 days delivery. I ordered 8 days ago and still have not received. Tracking says it was delivered 2 days ago. When I go to website to contact company it takes me to a site to subscribe to their newsletter even though they say they have 24/7 customer service.

I purchased something from this company on Facebook. After a very lengthy time, I received the items in the wrong size. Any attempts to reach this company were never answered and I was contacted by a company in Hong Kong saying if I shipped the items back to them at me cost, they would send new ones. So now it starts. Nope, I didn’t send the wrong size, make it right. They first said they would give me a 30% refund which eventually went up to 50%. Not acceptable. I continue to receive ads from Iheallife but no response to their 100% “we will make it right”.
I am letting my bank deal with the charge back but just want to warn others that this is just another scam.
