Customer service solved my problem

I was having issues with a discount code not working for my order, and so I emailed customer service and Remie helped me to get a new code by the next day! I'm a returning customer of iHeartRaves and look forward to continue ordering from them in the future. Thank you!

As a shopper of many things

As a shopper of many things when something is out of stock I don't know until I get my package or look at the receipt. I got an email from Joan saying my requested Item was over sold and gave the biggest apologies. My Joanie Joan then gave me … OPTIONS! Credit, refund, another item. I know it's silly but being reached out to and finding another item (with Joan's help) was really refreshing and I'm already back filling up my cart. Do I rave? Maybe. Do I love reflective cute stuff because I'm starting my running journey? Also a maybe. I do love this store and they have a new customer for life. Also, kudos on the size range! Yassssss.

I was excited to have a gift card and…

I was excited to have a gift card and decided to treat myself to some things for a few upcoming festivals. I placed my order and then had a customer service issue. Remie was fantastic and gave outstanding customer service to me after I shared some feedback about my experience. I plan on purchasing all of my festival wear and accessories with iheartraves and will encourage all of my friends to do the same!

I love iheartraves!

I love iheartraves. I love the variety of products and the collabs they frequently put out. I also have been very impressed by the quality of a lot of the items.

Additionally, anytime I’ve needed support they have been quick to respond and give me a resolution.

Placed a order

Placed a order. Waited almost 2 month for it, and it was delivered at a wrong adress. Wrote Them, and they were sorry and sent a new packge. Meanwhile i orderd somerhing Else, this order was also delivered wrong and the offerd to send a new package. I have never seen any of the orders. They offered a refund for 70%. I denied and I Got 100% compensation, only I DID’NT GET THE MONEY EITHER!!! This is a complete scam company!!! I’m so dissapointed
