Bad experience
Bad, wouldn't use again. I had a candidate apply overnight, and my account expired the same night. It wouldn't let me see any of the candidates that had applied to the job- ever! Bad business

No job/salary view without paying for premium. This is just a sales funnel site.
Must create an account to search for anything. Once the account is created you are shoehorned through various screens where you must choose things that do not apply to your search. Once finally in the Job Search screen you can NOT look at salary or set a minimum without a premium account. Once actually looking at a Job listing you MUST have premium access to view anything other than the title and location. Salary? nope, hidden. Job requirements? Nope! HIDDEN.
If you want to use this site at all to find any job with any information you MUST PAY FOR THE PREMIUM SERVICE. But don't worry, you won't know that until they have your information from your required account set up. This is not a site dedicated to helping nurses find employment. It is a sales funnel and doesn't even hide it (but only after you give them your information and create an account).

I became very excited about a position that I know that I'm qualified for, I sent the application in and you submitted it to the company and I have not had any response from either you or the company regarding that position it's been 7 days now, without anything response. I'm actually planning on going to their office tomorrow or Friday to introduce myself.

Lose your money
They have failures in the programming and will take your money and renew subscriptions without prior authorization and blame you when you did not notify them. I was basically told too bad! they don't even try to get you to come back as a customer. I used them years ago and stopped and this experience was a fresh remind as to why. I lost hundreds of dollars and did not get adequate applicants at all. they were all below qualifications.
