Ordered a product that no one had any stock of, which was great.
But when I received the product, it did not come with the 2 parts needed to be able to use the product.
4 phone calls, 3 emails, 4 days later , nothing.
Now this has set us back 5 days on this project.
Very poor customer service!
Something went wrong on pay pal with my first order and I double ordered. Nathan from IHL called me shorty after because he noticed the 2 similar transactions and worked diligently to resolve the issue. It’s been a while since it’s felt like a customer service representative actually cares. Received the tools a few days later and happy as a pig in mud. Got a very good deal on some Wera hand tools.
