We ordered on this Ihoes.nl web site an Iphone white case for Iphone7. We paid on line and then we received an Iphone XS and brown!!!
We returned it with all document and order copy to make it easy to correct from their site. After 4 weeks , still no information and our emails are not answered and impossible to get them on the phone (answering machine stating to go to web site!).
Very bad service ... do not give them business!

Order a product from their website - conformation of payment was made, money taken out of my account. Nothin arrived & this was like 3 months ago.
I have emailed a number of times and treid to call a number of times no one replies to my emails or ever answeres the phone.
