Headline: Worst customer service experience – IHOXTX ignores customers!
I am extremely disappointed with IHOXTX. I received their DF220 camera as a gift, and it has been a total nightmare. The camera simply refuses to connect. I have tried everything, but it is effectively a "brick."
The support is non-existent:
1. Silence for months: I’ve reached out via their app and sent dozens of emails to every possible address linked to the company. Most of the time, they just don't reply.
2. Useless feedback: On the rare occasions they did reply, they offered zero solutions. I even sent them videos showing the connection failure, and they just "ghosted" me.
3. Zero responsibility: No advice, no troubleshooting, no replacement offers. They just stopped responding entirely.
Now I have a brand-new camera gathering dust because it doesn't work. The only thing that actually functions is the solar panel, which I now use to charge other devices.
Save your money and nerves. If you have a problem with an IHOXTX product, you will be left completely alone with no support. This is one of the worst experiences I've ever had with tech support.
