The worst company I have ever known in regard to organizing a study abroad vacation.
Little assistance, much incompetence of staff and improper holders of other people's money, as to date they have not compensated me for a week's payment for two people, which then had to be suspended due to national air strikes. Not only that....I later found out that I paid 3 times more for the study week than I should have!
Very bad experience.

The people from the company were kind and supportive throughout my entire year abroad experience. My experience with my host family and the irish organisation had its ups and downs.

I suggest to read very carefully the contract, because you can be sure if they have the possibility to request more money. It will happen for sure giving you stupid justification

The support from this team has been immense.
PROS:
They are professional and cheerful at the same time. They have a young mentality.
In case of problems they are very available and present 24 hours a day.
AGAINST:
I would change medical insurance in the USA because with that we had to pay for the medical visits.
I also had to pay an increase due to the temporary devaluation of the euro.

I was very lucky because I found a very nice host family, I think is one of the most important thing for this experience. I have a good relation with them and we worked good together to deal with some issues that occurred along the way.

i loved the experience i made because i think it made me grow a lot. I met wonderful people and i discover a world that is completely different from mine.
If i could come back i would chose ih again because the staff have always been very available and they have always make me feel comfortable in asking for help.

Best year of my life
The company did a great job making sure my flights and my experience was great , they always were interested and kept communicating with me. My host family was great and I still keep in touch with them. I was involved in many activities like soccer and track and field and I made many friends that will last for a lifetime.

The country I chose (Ireland) and its people are what are making my experience great. The culture and the history of Ireland show in my everyday life, making me discover new things daily.
However, Ih Team Lingue is supporting me whenever all the beaury that surrounds me isn't enough to not make me feel homesick, and is helping me settle in this new environment, giving me the possibility to fully enjoy this adventure.

Hello there! I'm Rosaria and I'm an exchange student in Tennessee. I have won the scolar ship by participating in the INPS tender and the suggested company was International Experience (my suggestion is: ask to your parents, if they are state employees, about the tender, it could be an opportunity to study an travel abroad). Until May I didn't understand how little time it was actually putting me off, I saw my departure as too far away. It all started in Caorle, where welcomed from the members of the stuff, we had lots of fun but also figured out as much as our new life was pretty close and the responsibility it would entail. During the summer obviously my normal life was going on but at the same time preparing everything for my departure (visa, documents, suitcase etc..). Yes, taking an airplane alone could seem so scary but it reminds you that you're going to live in another state, it is necessary. In the airport anyone will help you, you are safe and you could also be lucky to find other students like you! (I have found a German girl on my same flight headed to Chattanooga). It's been almost 3 months that I'm here and I have visited different city like the Smoky mountains national park, Nashville, Franklin and we will go to Asheville. (during the weekend or break you could probably go on vacation or trips with your host family)

The agency was great to convince my daughter that experience would be great!! They put in contact Greta with other guys whom were enthusiastic of the period spent abroad.

The only thing not really perfect was we had to wait till one month before departure to know our family.

She was a single women, very busy with her work but after a couples of weeks my daughter and her found a perfect balance.

Also the trip to Las Vegas was stressed (for me), but it was perfectly planned.

Even if I didn’t personally meet none of the agency only video call, chat and phone call, I’m very satisfied of the overall experience.

I think it was very important that my daughter met her local coordinator in airport togheter with the host family. The local coordinator has also organized a meeting with all the exchange student to meet each other. My daughter had a great accomodation, with a very welcome family in a little village. I think that the family was very important for her well being. IH Team has organized the day in Caorle and helped us to all documents. This was very helpful

The preparation before coming was really great, and whenever I had a question they always answered me in the best way possible
