I needed help to change my mobile number and email address on my account as I am retiring in a few weeks time. Unfortunately the system would not allow me to do it on my account so I needed to contact Interactive investor directly.

I have had to contact ii, several times in the last few weeks on behalf of my 95 year old father who still trades on the stock market but has problems with hearing. Without exception I have had superb and helpful service since transferring from EQI in June and would like to thank all of those people who have helped us to date and whose names I did not record. The phone is answered promptly and the staff are well informed and able to sort every issue I have raise. Today Nadia was outstanding - we received a paper copy of annual dividends and noted that 7 investments were not listed. She understood immediately what our issue was and checked each investment to identify dividend dates and also established that three of the investments had been sold giving me the dates of the sale. Major detective work expertly executed - we can now confidently my father’s tax return Thank you from me and my father.

Transferring Pensions to my new II SIPP
After setting up a SIPP, I contacted Interactive Investor this afternoon, to find out where my funds were. As they were between my old pension company and II, I could not ask my previous fund what was going on.
I emailed II, then phoned them and spoke to James Brook, who was extremely helpful. He located my fund, identified the amount that was being transferred then told me when the funds would be hitting my account. James then followed up to my emailed request for information. Extremely good service - Thank you.

Yesterday, after a challenging hour on the app and website, I contacted customer services for guidance.
