I do not regret my buy! They have one of the best feeling jackets! It did it a little while to arrive, maybe because my order design was custom.

5 Stars! One of the best online experience I had with my purchase. There was a shipping problem with my order, for some reason it was delivered to my old shipping address. I emailed them and they were soo kind to send me a free reshipment for my warm jacket. It arrived to my new address and I love it! Thank you soo much!

No way to speak with live agents

I was forced to place my orders through Shop, which I didnt realize untill I had created a Shop account that I didnt want. I tried to cancel Shop account but it wount cancel. No way to speak with live agents, email states the orders were canceled upon but Imy request, but I still have not received any refunds.

I had a good experience with their jackets. I really adore the fleece lining on the inside which keeps me really warm for the winter months when im indoors or outdoors. I got another jacket for a gift for my grandma and she loves it. What I really like about this store is that they also have a customization for the jackets. I ordered it on Dec 14th but I was afraid that it would not arrive by Christmas,however it got delivered on Dec 23rd, it arrive right on time!

I bought one of the nurse jackets from…

I bought one of the nurse jackets from their online store. I came across the jacket when I was just browsing on facebook. I had previous purchases from facebook but this one was the best! Although I was hesitate at first but the jacket was cool looking and I really wanted it. My gf said the same thing and said that I should just order it, a couple of weeks later I got it in the mail. I live in an apartment and on the day of the delivery it said it was delivered but I never got it. I contacted them they said that it was delivered but I didn't see anything, the next day It was in the mailroom near the lockers, I guess they couldnt put it in my mail box and it wasn't their fault! That was the only issue I had but the jacket is awesome and I love it I did wash it twice and there was no shrinkage or lints, the jacket is still in great shape and I think it will last a few years, it's great for the price I paid and the shipping was free!

MASSIVE shipping/tracking delays. Almost 4 months worth!

I finally received my jacket and I love it. BUT, there's no acceptable reason why it took almost 4 months for you to get it to me AND I had to spend multiple hours emailing you trying to find out why. Your shipping/tracking departments need a complete overhaul.

I was invited to give my feedback on my purchase last month. First thing I would say is that the support customer people were really kind and understanding with my order mix up. I ordered the jeep jacket and I picked the wrong design on the back. After opening my package I was not happy because it wasn't the one I liked. I called them and the automated message told me to email, they got back to me the same day and offered to ship me the design I like for free! Thank you soo much kevin the person who helped me!

LACK OF COMMUNICATION

LACK OF COMMUNICATION. I ordered a jacket on Dec 16th as a Christmas present for my wife, The web page says they ship from a multiple locations with the USA being one of the locations. So why is my item being shipped from China??????? I ordered this and was hoping for it to arrive in time for Christmas but now I have little hope!! Once again the lack of transparency on facebook as to whether this company is USA company or another china based company. Guess I have to learn the hard way NOT to order anything off of a facebook ad because I've been "BURNED" and disappointed numerous times!! All I can say is buyer beware. Don't buy from these unreliable china companies!! I wish facebook would specify country of oregin!!

We have warehouses in the USA and Canada. Unfortunately, the jacket you ordered was out of stock at our North American locations at the time of purchase, so it shipped from our overseas warehouse to avoid further delays. I apologize that we didn't communicate this clearly upfront.
We did send shipping notifications, but they may have gone to your spam folder please check there and add us to your contacts.
