⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He quite literally saved my life
I was trimming the hedge along the wall of my house when I suddenly heard a hissing sound. At first I thought it was water, but then I noticed a strong, unpleasant smell and realised it was gas. I had damaged the gas pipe. I immediately turned off the gas at the main and called a friend, who got in touch with IIR Services.
He came straight away, even though he was in the middle of another job and really didn't have the time. He sealed the damaged pipe and then, as a precaution, checked the gas supply inside my house as well. That's when he found a leak inside the property. I had no idea about it, and it could have been extremely dangerous for me and my children.
What impressed me most was how open and transparent he was. He showed me exactly what he was doing at every step. He even showed me the detector going off at the leak inside the house. I never felt left in the dark. I felt safe and in genuinely professional hands the whole time.
He saved my life, and I'm deeply grateful. He's a fantastic person and a true professional. I can't recommend IIR Services highly enough. If you need someone you can trust, call them.
